In my opinion, this type of house compared with other similar ones doesn't seem practical, not a balanced design - lack of a utility room or an allocated place for a washing machine and the top floor doesn't have a shower room or even a toilet to serve the two bedrooms, so if you are in a hurry, tough... you need to go downstairs. Not good.

Miri Tam , agreed. 6 people and a washer dryer which are next to useless. People want utility rooms !! Bring them back !

It is cost cutting. Downstairs bathrooms are cheaper in materials. What that says about the rest of their builds iDK.

This house is ideal for housing association. It’s just not practical. Kitchen & diner is too small. Main bedroom with en-suite should be located very top floor
