I know someone who had one of these houses as a "new-build" and had to organise an extension to be built on at the back, while it was being built, in order to fit a big enough dining table and chairs in. Considering there are 3 double bedrooms and a single, potentially you might need a table to seat 7 people but there's little chance of fitting that into the lounge or the kitchen! If you did have a large enough table in the living room, you would have to sit on one another's knees in the "lounge" area as there wouldn't have been enough seating - maybe do without the TV and have another sofa there? Also, many of the kitchen "cupboards" aren't cupboards; one is a dishwasher, one is a washer-drier - so the person I knew had to have more storage cupboards installed which then left hardly any room for a table and chairs - I think they had a small table and 2 chairs by the kitchen window. Another thing we noticed when visiting was that in her version of the house, which was semi-detached, the bathroom and cloakroom were adjacent to their driveway (and the neighbour's driveway, so not overlooking anything), but there were no windows installed in those rooms despite the fact that there could have been! That would've been very annoying for me! As a result of the rear dining-room extension, the garden ended up very tiny, with two sides having the rear and garage walls, which meant they hardly got any sunshine - we always thought that the garage could have been built further next to the living room instead which would have allowed a larger and less "squash-court"-type feel to the garden!

The landscaping is lovely and it has matured nicely ❤

I noticed persimmon now do a Danbury house type. Very similar to the Hanbury. Any idea which house is the superior one? Not sure if there is a quality difference or if one is newer than the other. Great videos btw.

Lovely house, my feedback would be the utility room should have sink space for dryer and washing machine and boiler boxed in. The French doors in kitchen could easily be larger bifold doors and agree the shower in en-suite better if larger. Great layout !

For Me the Best by far and My Dream Home has to be 'The Ledsham'. It has everything that one could ask for and a Conservatory would just take that house to an altogether new level. I'm not sure if it has been built in as much quantity as the others. Would Love an update regarding this.

The kitchen seems to lack space for a bin / recycling clutter which is a pity.
