Keerai Kootu in Tamil | Keerai Kulambu in Tamil | Keerai Sambar Recipe | Keerai Masiyal

In this video we will see how to make Keerai kootu in Tamil. This is a kulambu made with Spinach ( Arai Keerai or Pasalai Keerai and Dhal /Paruppu). This Keerai Sambar or Keerai kulambu can be made watery and enjoyed with rice or it can be made in a thicker consistency like keerai masiyal and enjoyed with chapathi or roti. Keerai/Spinach is a super food packed with vitamins and minerals and it is very healthy to introduce a serving of these leafy greens in our diet. Because of the versatility of this particular recipe it can be modified as a kulambu of idli / dosa or as a combination for rice.

I tried this too. Excellent taste. Your guidance and demo was very helpful. First I made a mistake as I couldn't get the dhaal smash to that consistency of your standard. Later I realised that I used chaana dhaal.🤣😂🤣🤫. My bad. Later have to use thoor daal..then the outcome is great.
