Good video mam. I have something to ask, ente some area of hand, neck and parts of face darker than rest of body. Blood test cheytappo hypothyroidism n antibody kooduthala. So i stopped using lactose and gluten food from 6 month but change onum illa. Im taking only thyroid medication. Is this enough or anything else needed. Can i consult you online

എനിക്ക് ഈ ഭൂമിയിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും വിധത്തിൽ ഒരു മത സംഘടനയോട് ഒരു കാര്യത്തിൽ യോജിപ്പ് ഉണ്ട് എങ്കിൽ അത് നമ്മുടെ ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ സഭകൾ, SNDP yod ഒക്കെ ഉള്ളത് അവർ proper pre marriage council കൊടുക്കുന്നു. എല്ലാ സമുദായങ്ങളും compulsory ആക്കണം. Economy, sex, മനഃശാസ്ത്രം, pediatrics , anghane മനുഷ്യന് അത്യാവശം വേണ്ട kaaryangal പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുക്കുന്നു. ഇതിൽ ഈ കുട്ടി പറയുന്നത് 2 വർഷം എടുത്ത് എന്നാണ്. ക്ലാസ്സിൽ ഞങ്ങളെ പഠിപ്പിച്ചത് ഒരുമിച്ച് ഉണ്ട് എങ്കിൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനു ഉള്ളിൽ ഒരു പ്രവിശം എങ്കിലും penetrate ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റണം എന്നാണ്. 3 മാത്തെ മാസം ഉറപ്പ് ആയും ഡോക്ടർ നേ കാണണം..ഒരുമാസം വരെ സാധിക്കാത്തത് ഒരു normal വിഷയം ആണെന്ന് അവർ പറഞ്ഞു. അത് കഴിഞ്ഞും പറ്റുന്നില്ല എങ്കിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും chikalsa വേണം. 🙏🎉

Mam ഞാൻ ഒരു സംശയം ചോദിച്ചോട്ടെ? Vaginisms ഉള്ള ഒരാൾക്ക് പ്രേഗ്നെന്റ് ആകാൻ കഴിയുമോ? എനിക്ക് ഒരു മോളുണ്ട്, ഈ അവസ്ഥ എനിക്കും ഉണ്ട് എന്നാണ് ഞാൻ മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നത്. ബന്ധപ്പെടുമ്പോഴും ഡെലിവറി ടൈമിൽ pv ചെയ്തപ്പോയുമെല്ലാം അസഹ്യമായ വേദന ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അത് കാരണം ഡോക്ടറുടെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നും വഴക്ക് കേൾക്കേണ്ടി വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. എത്ര മനസ്സ് ശാന്ധമാക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചാലും കഴിയുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല.
