I'm happy using my RKV200 as a daily. Clocked 42,000 kms and the engine is intact, only wear off is a leaking fork seal, which happened earlier on my Kawasaki Ninja. I like the RKV200 for its big bike feel, economy and looks. Only complaint is lacking top speed for a 200cc. Many ppl are still skeptical of china products, yeah they were crap in the 90s(forgot the brand name) but they have improved much now. Never forget how my dad was skeptical on Japanese cars&bikes in the '70s but by late '80s he started approving Japanese products(btw he is an engineer&motor enthusiast who knows stuff)>> So let's just have an open mind for now and see what's coming out from China day by day.

not one date in his narration! i would like to hear the dates; i am a mechanic ,right now repairing a keeway arn 125 ,from 2006,and it is a very well built machine,with 39000 kms; the owner ruined the stator(12 coils) because he didn´t have the standard tool to remove the flywheel(he just wanted to install some racing components he got from...china, but ended up ruining things); the only thing i see.is a poor quality of the transparent plastics in front of the speedo panel and of the headlights: yellowed and crazed,bad looking; the bike also smokes a bit(it shouldn´t ,it´s a 4 cycle) needs rings or/and even piston or cylinder; not expensive,around 70 euros, (plus as much for labor)plenty of aftermarket parts for this ; it has served him very well ,and will continue to do so; not bad; i call it good,in fact,comparing to the others i see from italy,japan,etc.

Keeway es una marca de china.por no decir la mejor. junto con qingqi Keneway compro a benelli y la saco de la quiebra. el equipo de diseño y tecnologico de benelli a aportado mucho a keeway y el resultado esla RKV 200 Y LA RKV 6 Benelli.

I love that just as the video talks about it's "massive" research and development capability, they show someone using a PC with Windows XP... to be fair support for XP only stopped 6 years ago, and the video is 9 years old. Clearly they don't invest as much in marketing!

BTW I have a Blackster 250i 2014. It's a great looking and mostly great performing bike, still. Only thing I hate is the fuel injection system and it's noisy fuel pump. Swapped out for a better fuel system, I'd happily buy another, though I suspect HD may have blocked them making it by now, since a blantent HD styling rip-off.

I bought a similar 200cc Chinese motorbike, and never again! China has lots of these cheap manufacturers, all with the same sales patter - designed in Europe, top quality components, bla bla bla. Truth is, they look good in the showroom but once out in the environment, the poor quality of construction and materials soon shows itself. Better to spend half as much again from a recognised manufacturer such as Honda, Yamaha or Kawasaki. At least you'll get some money back when it's time to sell. Nobody in their right mind wants a second-hand Keeway! LOL

the thing about these chinese makes are they are good when new, but when things go wrong they become useless even how much you repair them..in other words enjoy them while it lasts LOL..my personal opinion.

IN SPAIN: Estas motos deberían exportarlas armadas en China. No enviarlas desarmadas y embaladas en cajas, porque en el país de destino las arman de mala manera y eso les crea una mala fama muy injusta. Tengo una KEEWAY DORADO 250 CC. excelente, pero que fue muy mal armada en Chile y tuve que buscar un mecánico de excelencia para que me la dejara en perfecto estado.

I had a keeway supershadow 250 2003 and it was great, I never had any problem with that bike, stop saying keeway sux because its not.

Im Agree About That, The Taiwan Motorcycle Have More Experience For The Development The Motorcycle, Because The "Sym" And "Kymco" Has The Commit Transfer The Technology From The "Honda" While They Are Corporate To Produce "Honda" Car And Motorcycle At Taiwan In 1954 (Sym) And 1963 (1963). From my own experience, expect all rubber components to rot within 12 months and any chrome (ha ha) to rust and pit within weeks. Oh, and lets not forget clear lens covers that turn yellow, given a few months of strong sunlight.... and .... and ....

Many times it will depend of the treatment the owner of the chinese bike has with it. If a person like me, who paid usd 3000 for a dual purpose bike expect to jump the whole day through rough mountains, and expecting the bike will be the same as good like a DR 650 or CRF 250 wich cost like 3-4 times that price... well...i use it to commute, mostly, to my job, and the bike has 35k miles with no major problems. Is a good deal to me (But being at top of maintenances and on )
