Ayo, if you think about it, “Shot for the cheddar” could also be referred to when Cheddar shot himself in 8-Mile.

🔥🔥Yo this remix is crazy good but you gotta check out the original that's just by Delta Deez. It's every bit as good as this one but it only has like 16k views and it deserves more. It was so good it made Dizzy wanna do a remix of it with delta, show it the respect it deserves please homie👌👌

To come to argue your point about liking that they make references, but still make conventional sounding rap songs, taking more skill, I completely disagree. Because, what usually ends up happening is, you’ve got people who make a couple of references, Collett nerd core, and the rest of the song sounds like some main stream thing that you would hear, I like the fact that these people are able to get into the head of their characters, stay within the confines of those characters, and find intricate and creative ways to express the mindset of those characters, because that is what makes nerd core, nerd core. If you search main stream rap, you can find references to things, you can even find it in metal, five finger death Punch does a song called living the dream, and they have ghost in the shell referenced, Captain America, Superman, things like that, DMX once made transformers references, there was an idiot who tried to make a death note reference, personally I’m glad they’re making a distinction between what nerd corps is, and this fake nerd bullshit these main stream people try to capitalize on.
