The movie "WALL-E" summed up humanity's future. The mindset of "Buy and Large" is everywhere. We have been convinced that we need "the next best thing" in order to be happy, yet many of us are unhappy because of crippling debt created by trying to appear rich when we in fact are not. Everything is fake.

Good to see your pretty face back Keira! Don't panic if you get too much "in your head" processing choices, you'll eventually learn to channel the power of your mind. Address your problems one step at a time. Having more manual oriented activities help focus that mental energy, spending time in NATURE regularly also does wonders to ground yourself. The Mind is like an Wild Horse *, your Willpower can be its cavalier **. *(it's powerful, agile, free roaming) ** (the one aspect that hold the power of choice) Doing a 180 degres to a grounded and simple lifestyle for "so call progress" explains a lot why there is so much disconnection between individuals / between peoples and their work / between peoples and their representatives / and finally between peoples and their own internal experiences !! This over complication on our lifestyles it's a distraction on our life path, like in the Truman show it keep you trapped. That's by design..

That's true Keira, everything is ready but people overcomplicate everything to distract themselves, to feel better through their little rituals, to get more attention and acceptance than the other person. Even though everyone is a piece of the same puzzle. Billionarism is a sickness, image having all that but nothing ever being enough, and having all those people around you but never knowing if they are only there for your money or possessions, must be one hell of an existence. But like most mental sicknesses, it's born out of need for acceptance. We need more kindness in this world. I am eating an icecream 🍨 And I'm grateful for that

I was on an incredible streak of living moment by moment with profound clarity for several days until yesterday. Then the brain fog started creeping in. The way I look at it is cultivating a still mind brings me closer to God. The fog comes from listening to the voice of egoic thoughts rather than the true path God has laid before me. Giving in to these false desires has created a sense of separation from acting as my highest self. The divine truth can become lost in the noise caused by acting upon self interested decisions, and denying the decisions (even the simplest ones) that will ultimately serve the entire universe in ways we cannot comprehend. It just makes more work for oneself to remove these distractions and impurities from our consciousness. It can be difficult, but nobody is perfect. Knowing the way back and allowing yourself to go there is such a powerful thing. Thank you for the much needed and timely reminder to course correct before I got too far off track. So often you seem to know just what to say, when to say it, and how to deliver it. You are amazing ❤

I love your points, they really hit the mark. This is generally what a lot of stoic and enlightenment philosophy was about. Going back to basics. Cleaning the mind. The thing is, once we succeed in life, when the battle is gone, there is little to do but celebrate. But if we celebrate for too long, we lose our ability to go back out to battle. But we do need that reward and that feast to look forward to still. I live in Eastern Europe and life here is a constant battle. This keeps the mind clean. It isn't difficult, you just need to always be on your toes. Humans are made for this. Outside of the struggle, we know nothing else. Even our poetry and our art is dedicated to praise of the struggle. I used to live in Western Europe, and life was miserable. Mainly this was because most things were sorted, there was a social safety net and there was no real, natural grind.

Yeah! I've tried to science out wft has happened to my brain since the smartphones tooked over. I mean, I ain't even that old, i'm 31 turn 32 and I KNOW that there is big difference in both ppl and overall vibes now and pre- 2010 and I swear this is a zombie world now. Maybe in my highschool days us young folks were not as wise as u kids are nowadays but goddamnations we knew how to laugh and look each other in the eye both with love and hate. Miss those days and I still try to figure out why we used to carelessly throw sofas from the second floor out the window with comfidence and now I feel like a mouse when buying cigarettes at the store sober...wtf? Seriously wtf has happened? I do not blame age, I blame overstimulating our brains with social media and me being too much of a pussy getting run over by the realness of it. And we had social media before facebook, but it was like ppl knew back then it's not that serious, it's boring virtuality where u can hide and fake and cry out how and whatever u want, cuz nothing compares to a real life interaction anyway, right?? Like a party (Without smartphones, can u imagine?) I think you're right on this one, we complicate things and forget to grind on what we have = in the end we suck at everything, cuz we sport on with this trendy 3 second focus skill we now call "choosing wisely" idk imma grab my whiskey and go out and smoke tobacco have a nice sucky youth and I'll have a nice sucky middie

Simplicity can stream line things so to speak it is more efficient we tend to be too scatter brained it's hard to work on yourself yet when you put in the effort you will see the results as a better person you have definitely contributed to that for me keep going when you help others lives to improve yours does automatically I ask nothing from the universe yet it always provides such is the nature of simplicity yet we don't want to be too simple either we need to find a balance it will reflect in our lives if we do. Certainly you are a great example of this you benefit so many people thank you it will eventually return to you! May you receive everything you wish for in life and more. ❤😂🎉😊

My dear Keira. True simplicity is not just a way of living but a state of profound understanding. To truly embody it, one must first confront essential questions: Why are we here? What is the purpose of life? Is there something greater than ourselves? These questions form the foundation of simplicity in its purest, most meaningful form. Only when we allow ourselves to explore these inquiries can we experience the clarity that brings true peace. In this clear space, the mind is activated, and our heart becomes aligned with the flow of life. What once seemed difficult begins to feel easy, as we navigate the complexities of life with greater ease and purpose.😊

Overcomplicating exercise is such a problem imo. The only way i was ever able to build a routine was by forgetting everything ive been brainwashed into believing about physical health; breaking it down into the most basic fundamental thing which is simply moving your body. I realized i dont need anything and i can literally just start working out in my room at any time doing bodyweight exercises - which is really the most natural way to move - and it seems so obvious now after the fact that this is how you will feel the most fit and get the best looking symmetrically shaped body. I've also learned that people don't want to accept this fact because they bought in so deeply to the idea that work out is complicated. Realizing they could have done it more simply and even get better results is too painful so people rather keep doing what they've always done.

Having and making money doesn’t necessarily make life easier. In fact, the higher you rise, the bigger the challenges you’ll face. It’s essential to find purpose in taking on every challenge and view them as opportunities for personal growth and development toward a higher purpose-whether that’s providing a better life for your children, parents, or loved ones. An alternative to this path is breaking away from societal norms and choosing a simpler lifestyle, such as living in a cabin in the woods or traveling in a van. However, neither lifestyle guarantees happiness unless you connect with your inner self. True and unlimited happiness, boundless creativity, and the power to become your highest self can only be found within. You're on the right path, Keira.
