We're not supposed to align patterns like that. That's why they turned 13 months of 28 days a month, into 12 months with a hodgepodge number of days. They don't want us associating 28 days with the moon, with women, with the seasons, with the tides, with biorhythms etc., etc., etc.

@@Mr25thfret Hi - I'm guessing @tomdekel881 is asking you to elaborate on your usage of "They", which I can only interpret as some general reference to deep state elitism? Your comment effectively reads as if there's a pure and genuine truth in viewing the interconnectedness of these different life elements, but that some invisible hand purposely restricted our comprehension by manipulating social constructs. So yes, there is plenty to elaborate on since that is a lot of assumptions and claims without any substantiation. P.S. You didn't elaborate :(

I really hope women someday gain your mentality because you are not afraid to allow people to know your feelings in your opinions it makes it easier for men to deal with women if they just be honest in most situations
@Zinozino162

A woman can’t be as honest as a man, because she feels 100X more, call it sensitive but that’s how our emotions work, ofc to serve a purpose we don’t hate it, but it comes with coping mechanisms, we can’t be as direct as men, so they tend to give hints or indirectly speak, so when they get turned down or invalidated it hurts less.. 🤷 It’s not lacking honesty as much as we just need to try to be a bit clearer when we communicate, i don’t expect to be direct and blunt like men but enough so the other partner could understand.

The truth of the matter many people are not fit for relationships due to having mental health issues which stemmed from a bad family model. In order to have a healthy relationship, every adult needed to have had a healthy development as children, meaning that they needed to have a good role model from father and mother or else you are just going to replicate the same dysfunctional upbringing to your children and you will have a very unhappy life. Most of the young adults today, adults of 20 to 30, are children of dysfunctional family units, much of which was caused by the decline beginning in the sexual revolution of the 60s up to the total destruction of the family unit in the 80s and early 90s. The truth of the matter all the dysfunctional men and women of today simply put are not prepared to have a relationship. It is better for society as we are only going to breed more mental illness instead of focusing on our health being despite a traumatic past. This is most likely the reason of high rate of single men and childless women today.

For real, what a hassle, pain in the A$$, nuisance to deal with daily. "Women, can't live with em, can't live without em" rings so true. I've seen so many failed relationships where the woman just stops trying or doesn't respect/support her husband. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. No reason to have kids either, just a drain on my time, money, and energy, who won't appreciate anything you do for them, along with a wife who has no morals or honor who will just give up and get fat after marriage. Men have all this expectation, weight on their shoulders, have to go out and do in the world, build, create, invent to ease the burden of life. Don't have the energy, time, or patience to entertain any of that BS. Honest to God I've been alone now for 4 years with my home almost paid off, no kids, work from home. Its such a peaceful, stress free life. All my time is to myself, no drama, no annoyances, I do what I want, when I want. I've seen friends and colleagues come and go, get families, become miserable, lose all their free time. That will NEVER be me.

I have worked with many women for over 30 years, so I think I can be statistically relevant here. As far as work was concerned, I never observed changes of efficiency according to phases of the month. Women were always more focused and less emotional than men, never fragile creatures. They were extremely adverse to risk taking though, always looking for rules, always appearing highly professional when there were rules, but panicking like mentally ill when they had to decide something entirely by themselves. And whenever they had to decide something by themselves, mostly they resorted to a sort of inhuman and counter productive harshness. They were ready to sanction men pitilessly for any minute flaw they perceived. Without any sense of fairness, dignity or measure. Even when those men were their seniors or close colleagues, and had considerably helped them in their careers. They showed mercy or solidarity exclusively when a rule told them to. But when there was that one rule, oh boy then they were the goddesses of virtue and the shield maidens of gentleness and compassion. When there were changes of attitude, it didn't come from personal biology, but from being in constant private communication with each other, and behaving like a hive. Or like an army at war. I estimate about 10% of them could become reliable colleagues. For men it was about 90%.

With all due respect, this underscores why leadership throughout history often leaned male-stability and consistency are crucial when making decisions that impact millions. If emotions or personal factors frequently cloud judgment, it creates unnecessary volatility. Being a manager requires a steady hand, especially in high-stakes environments, and disruptions, even if temporary, can have far-reaching consequences for everyone involved. Leadership historically leaned male-emotions influencing decisions can ripple across millions. Stability is key not only in critical roles.

Looks like you're in Phase-4 of this MCU (menstrual cycle universe). If THIS doesn't convince ppl that the hormonal cycle IS a distortion from the original biological design... I think now I get why accountability is such a problem for ladies. Dealing with this level inner chaos and avoid creating an unstable mess on the outside seems very challenging. Men struggles dealing with their own hormones but at least there is ways to get the cycle in our control.. Physical and mental intensive activity gets us the stable reset we need. But to be clear, if you got addictions like coffee and the social media stream this can easily make the imbalances worst. Some diets are helping to ground ourselves or tame the hormonal effects and it is worth investigating.

This is the sauce! and it's a fascinating topic - I can almost guarantee, that most guys have never even thought of this.... which is another bizarre thing in life, because you would think it would come up a lot more.... that it's not just "menstruation for one week", and then "three weeks off" lol Literally, I don't think any guys know that... unless a girl told it to them, or their girlfriend explained it to them or something - never knew this And it explains a lot - becomes easier to potentially line up with a girl, and understand how she's feeling.... if you can tune into it.... It's definitely worth looking into Also I totally get the diary thing.... for myself, I wouldn't call it a diary.... or a journal even necessarily.... but I write a lot, and I get the feeling - of just getting it all out there, and exploring how you feel, and how things work, and what you think about things - I respect that, I think that's cool - and to put it out there.... when you have a larger audience, it becomes kind of a pretty brave thing, I think.... but it's great for people too :) All I can say is thank you for sharing - and well done on that, it's an inspiration for sure - I get what you mean, that it's an inspiring and interesting thing to do Also ps on that - have been catching up a bit on this channel - and there's so many good videos, this is a great channel, and awesome resource - for men to understand women, for women to hopefully be understood more.... to appreciate men, appreciate the real sides of women.... to get a lot of good conversations started - it's the sauce lol But no pressure - your natural flow of thoughts is a valuable thing :) peace ✨️ Yeah incredible videos, and thoughts and ideas, community, and all the rest of it - and also, pretty cool girl, right ✅️ (don't worry not being a simp lol jk) lol - so anyways thank you, peace! ✌️ 🫛 🫛 Hopefully that's a good comment meant to be encouraging etc I have no idea, for all I know it's probably mansplaining or manspreading or catcalling or somrthing, I have no idea lol (lol I'm kidding) - but anyways yeah peace ✌️cheers

Thank you for your perspective. I think you have a pretty advanced and wise set of ideals on things. Sometimes, i can't say that I agree (not really any specifics that i can think of now, hah) but worth a listen. Interesting channel format, the mind and advice of Keira. Can't say that I complain about how attractive. All the single guys out there wishing to have someone like you...(or so they think, lol) A man is really supposed to only romantically even think of only his wife in a sexual way. You don't wanna believe that, well, really... ask your spirit. We all come from the same Word, The Spirit of Love. This is coming from a guy who has continuously messed that up and is praying to crawl out of it. Once I conquer that, I feel, I will have such a better chance at finding a love to share life with. Until then, I wouldn't honestly give me a mate. That and allll the other reasons.

There is no way to fix it without surgery so whatever. It's been going on for close to 15 years and has never got worse so I'm not that worried about it. I think it happened from dead lifting too heavy when I was too dehydrated. So we have a similar situation just I bleed 2-3x as often but don't have to deal with headaches or cramps.

Keira you are a good woman. I will say i find it hard to understand women as a guy. it must be like being on a roller coaster, ups and owns and somewhere in the middle with the emotions and thoughts. I can see more why God design us, Men and Women that is to be together. Much love

I feel like crap also but I'm a guy so noone gives a crap only what I provide for others, I still have to get up and provide for people who will never give a crap about me. Which is the reason why we feel like crap and cause evil.

I searched for it about six years ago - Menstrual Cycle and Mood Chart and it was like a bombshell and totally new information and I felt why don't they teach this information in schools. This will help boys understand the girls better. And, it will help our society progress faster where interaction between men and women have significantly increased in the workplace. Probably, because some might even think of this as a bad thing. But, I think it is very useful and Women deserve to be treated better because they go through all this just so that humanity survives because all this is part of reproductive cycle and without reproduction humanity won't survive. So, it is kind of a burden which all women bear for the sake of human race. And, that's why Women are allowed to be moody and men should cut them some slack and shouldn't mind them too much.

At 0:26 when you said you feel relief when you get your period cause that means you’re not pregnant, you lost all your credibility. you post videos about how you have all this insight about how men are simple, coping with stress and anxiety, brain rot, and how youtube is changing among other things, but you also posted a vid about how excited you were about getting your first Bible, only to now tell us you sleep with random guys, apparently using no protection, but we are just supposed to overlook that and focus on what you’re saying and not what you’re doing? where in the Bible does it say to be promiscuous?

You're completely right. A woman who is afraid of getting pregnant means that she is having sex with people who do not care about her and who would not be good fathers. A married woman who has a husband who really loves her is not afraid to get pregnant. People should take responsibility for their actions. You are ambivalent and hypocritical.

I have just started this video. It seemed remarkable that young woman prays and feel grateful for non being pregnant. For non participation in life creating process. As I understand that is not reflected: it is something that goes without saying.

It’s funny, because people also don’t understand “projection”. Females think that they are “like that”, because they are “like that”, not truly understanding how “projection” works, with means, they actually are feeling “like that”, precisely because they are “like that”. Yes, it seems “repeated” and “circular”, because it is as such. Words are very limited, as it is “linear”, at “best”. And to convey the exact meaning, like how it is “looping”, in a certain way, is how “at best”, such words of mine are. People just are not viewing the words, as it is meant to, like how they essentially do, in general. I know how most people “read”, and so, my words are precisely written, to that specific “methodology”, accordingly. But, it is precisely how people are the issue, with no being consistent, accordingly, thus they misread what actually is a certain way, in a totally different way (which in itself, already proved this very point, of this comment already).

It's worth saying that men also go through these phases. They may be manifested in different ways than with women, but it's sthg we all go through.
