Hi Keisha new subscriber here came across your channel because I am looking later in life here to make it change into real estate and just watch one of your videos you did a couple of years ago on obtaining your license. How has real estate business been for you are you still in Tennessee? I am in Indiana and I’m 64 years old and the last near 20 years have been in the financial and insurance field and I am looking for a change. Do you feel my age is too old I am in good health and I really intend on working at some level until I die if my health holds up in my cognitive abilities hold up also lol! Question to get my license after going through the Kaplan courses I assume there’s testing centers I need to Google? or do I have to be part of a brokerage or real estate agency as a sponsor or whatever the word would be before I can do that? Thank you so much for any answers!

How do you find apartment locator agencies because I am in Charlotte and I really can’t to many or can I sign with the firm like Keller Williams, and do the same thing? Love your videos by the way

I know it’s not a huge industry in every market. Luckily Nashville is a market for locators. Most traditional brokerages such as Keller Williams don’t do locating with apartment buildings unfortunately

Check out National Association of Locators. You can book a free call & get information about how to do apartment locating in your area. It's an apartment locating coaching program. It's the best in the US. They also have a KZbin channel! You can do apartment locating in any state, but will require more work for the states that don't have apartment agencies. But still totally possible & you can actually make more money since there's no competition! There are definitely realtors that will still let you do apartments instead of houses. You just have to ask.
