I can't believe Jackson, TN is trying to charge these types of prices for apartments now. You don't get any of these views (the actual city style view and the ambiance of a big city), the quality of the apartments aren't anywhere near these, and even if the space is just a little bigger it still doesn't make any sense to me. I'd love to live in Nashville and experience a bigger city, but the cost and living by myself would be hard.

Ha! I live in Jackson, but I’m moving to Nashville in about a year, got a nice job lined up, six figures, but I’m young and likely wouldn’t be approved for a home loan, so I’m gonna go for one of the downtown high rise apartments, but my reasoning as to why Jackson is now charging these prices is due to the simple fact that there are jobs here that pay enough to afford luxury apartments now, You know, Jackson is the fastest growing midsize city in America

I came to this video a little bit too late and not sure if you have decided to move to one of these places yet but please don't move to #2 as I've heard so many bad reviews about that place and it's not as luxury as it should be :) My complex is next to hattie's B (close to #4) and would recommend to try on a tour for this one
