I sang this song with 2 friends in church a year ago. Things were going great. Then 2023 March 12 that changed. I never sang these words like I have been. Devastating news that fractured my heart in pieces. He's still my God. I don't know the answer, I am at His mercy. He's my hope eternal! I will continue to praise Him because He is greater than this light, momentary trouble. He loves His children. He will not abandon us here in this raging storm. Put your trust in Him, He is worthy of our Trust. Be patient with His timing. He is working it for good. One day I will testify and show His magnificent glory through my sufferings.

Amen. My day was New Year's of 2023, that's when Operation: Beulah turned into my casual hell. Yet through it all the Lord has sustained me and even through this trial, I know that the Lord will be glorified in all things, and all things are in His hand. This is a casual hell of my own making, but I know that "all things work together for good for those who love God, the called according to His purpose."

This is such a great song. I experienced such a hard time for 5 years straight. I just wanted some kind of relief. Through it all, I told myself everyday, God is still good. He’d still loves me. We all get that deep deep sorrow dont we. Man this song is such a comfort. It seems so illogical to us to "praise God" sometimes. But those times are a test I guess. Will we praise God. I listen to this song when im having extremely bad hallucinations at night. It helps me fall back to sleep. I have three types of hallucinations visual, auditory, and tactile. Brain damage caused my hallucinations. Which happened due to a brain cyst popping and the gunk inside the cyst splattered into different the left side of my frontal lobe. I have numerous small damaged parts in my brain. Almost three years later and only one spot has barely started to at all. I have to have yearly brain MRI's.
