I am an ex Mormon who left the church 18 months ago. I have been attending Protestant churches for all that time and struuuugggling to connect with the doctrine and worship style. Been researching the Catholic faith over the past few weeks and will attend mass tomorrow. It makes so much more sense to me than all the Protestant religious dogma. I feel like this is truth.

Everyone has a label for everything. The Apostles used the Didache to teach the Gospel during the first century, everything was scribed and took a year to write a single Bible. The Didache is a 2 page document and everyone should read, if for nothing else, the historical context. It was left out of the New Testament intentionally because of church structure.

Facing a brain tumor, heart issues, and an aggressive cancer taught me what it means to feel the weight of mortality. But more than that, it opened my eyes to something far greater: the reality of God’s omnipresent hand in every moment, every breath, and every step. I used to think of God as distant, intervening only in the big moments or in the pages of the Bible. But now I understand that He is always here, always present, always working in ways we often miss. His omnipresence isn’t just a concept; it’s a reality, one that has carried me through trials I never thought I could endure. Looking back, I can see God’s hand in every step of my journey. Even when I strayed, even when I ignored Him, He was there. From surviving a brain tumor to being brought back from near death, and then through a cancer diagnosis with odds stacked against me, He never left my side. He didn’t shout; He whispered. But it took me years to recognize His voice. “Be still, and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10). Too many people miss this. They look for God in the extraordinary but forget to find Him in the quiet moments. He’s there in the silence, in the mundane, in the struggles, waiting for us to listen. God’s omnipresence means He is everywhere, always, watching, guiding, comforting. When I first began to understand this, it overwhelmed me. How could He care so deeply for each of us, knowing every thought, every fear, every hope? Yet He does. And He doesn’t just see us in church or in prayer. He is with us in the everyday moments, in the struggles, and even in our rebellion. Where can I go from Your Spirit? Where can I flee from Your presence? If I go up to the heavens, You are there; if I make my bed in the depths, You are there” (Psalm 139:7-8). You don’t have to wait for a crisis. I wish I could tell you that I came to understand all of this on my own. But the truth is, it took a brain tumor, a near-death experience, years of health challenges, and a rare and aggressive cancer diagnosis for me to fully open my eyes. I don’t want you to wait for a crisis to realize how deeply God is involved in your life. He’s here now, whether you see it or not. “The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth” (Psalm 145:18). I know some of you may doubt, and I understand that. I was baptized as a teen, but for years I struggled, strayed, and ignored the signs God placed in my life. Even after a near-death experience where I saw myself from above, it still took years for me to fully surrender to His will. But God is patient. He waits for us, even when we don’t deserve it. He gives us chance after chance to turn to Him. And He promises that if we seek Him, we will find Him. “You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart” (Jeremiah 29:13). Now, I wake up every day knowing that life is a gift. I understand that God’s omnipresence means that He is not only watching over us but actively working through us. He’s in every sunrise, every moment of laughter, every challenge, and every tear. And He has a purpose for each of us, a purpose we don’t have to wait for a crisis to discover. Count every day as a gift. Each day is an opportunity to grow closer to Him, to love others, and to fulfill the purpose He’s given you. “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom” (Psalm 90:12). Open Your Eyes and Ears: God is constantly speaking to you through His Word, through prayer, and through the world around you. Don’t let the noise of life drown out His voice. “Whoever has ears, let them hear” (Matthew 11:15). To my children, my brothers, sisters, and anyone reading this: don’t let the world’s distractions blind you to the truth of God’s presence. Don’t wait for a crisis to start seeking Him. Open your hearts now. Pray, even if it feels strange. Look for Him in the small, quiet moments. Because the God who is everywhere is also right here, waiting for you. “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with Me” (Revelation 3:20). Final Thoughts I don’t have all the answers, but I know this: God is real. He is present. And He loves each of us more than we can imagine. My life is living proof of His grace and purpose, and I pray every day that you will come to know Him the way I have. You don’t have to wait for a miracle or a tragedy to feel His presence. You only have to listen, to seek, and to trust. And when you do, you’ll find that He has been with you all along. With love and hope, A Servant of the Most High

I don’t have any issues with religion as long as they aren’t enriching themselves from others which happens all too often. Jesus Christ was a Rabbi, a teacher and didn’t minister under a roof. 🙏

I have a similar conversion story. I was Protestant for over 50 years. When I was in the hospital I asked Jesus for help and I gave my life to him. I feel he called me to the Traditional Catholic. Church. May God continue to bless you my brother in Christ 🙏😊

I asked a Protestant one day, who was trying to “sell” me Jesus: “What are the Protestants protesting against”? He was dumbfounded and really couldn’t answer. I’m a cradle Catholic, but along the road, I got a boot in the behind, telling me to take a bus stop at a church and it is then, after talking to a priest and praying, that I realized WHY I was a Catholic. This led me to attend church more regularly, and get involved in my parish. I am now into a church lay ministry (EMHC), and Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus

@@tsinav8 I think part of new converts zeal is because they learn more about the church and it’s history than people who grew up in the church do these days. When I grew up in the church and took catechism we had Baltimore #1 and then #2 as our textbooks. We as children learned about the history of the early church to modern times. My two sons also raised in the church, attended Catholic schools weren’t taught anything that I learned. Every time I tell them something about why we do certain things or the significance of things, like why we genuflect at entering the church, I’m stunned that they weren’t taught that in their catechism classes. I’m feel that the church after 1963 stopped teaching catechism as it did leaving cradle Catholics uninformed and unable to defend our faith. I still remember my teacher telling us at our first catechism class that it is hard to be Catholic like it’s hard to be a saint and we will be scorned and defamed and some will even die because of our Catholic Faith. People today talk and defend the rights of so many other religions and persuasions but it’s perfectly normal and accepted to slander and lie about the Catholic Church. Today even too many clergy aren’t ardent defenders of the church and have gone WOKE. When I was a child our priest visited us twice a year. He made the rounds to all the people of the parish. He came to have tea, bless whatever we wanted blessed, talk to the family. He spent maybe 30 minutes but that was a huge feat. It made us think of the church as a family not an institution. I was baptized in the same church as my mother in rural Manitoba and where she is buried. My grandparents are buried there too. All my cousins were baptized at that church by that same Belgian priest who was the priest there for at least 50 years. We lived in Winnipeg and from 1964 till 1976 I had the same priest at the same parish till the church burned down. I was confirmed in that church and I was married in that church. It was The Immaculate Conception Church. Recently a priest on a podcast said he was surprised that most Catholics now think that the birth of Jesus is the Immaculate Conception. I was stunned so to see if my sons who were raised in the church and attended Catholic schools didn’t know that the Holy Mother is the Immaculate Conception and not Jesus and certainly didn’t know why. I knew that at 4 or 5 years old because my mother told me so and why. My mother only had a grade 3 education and couldn’t get to school because it was too far to walk to the school in rural Manitoba but yet her mother taught her the stories of the bible,and catechism, yet in modern times the Catholic Church isn’t teaching this to my sons and other children. While we have less clergy now for several reasons, I have no doubt one of the reasons is that the clergy has neglected their duties of teaching and fertilizing the children of cradle Catholics. My generation will die out in 20 years, who will teach our faith once we are gone? I live in Richmond BC now. I attend Holy Canadian Catholic Martyrs located not even a block from me. It is a Chinese church but has masses on Sunday 2xs a day but the priest has never visited my house even though it is less than a block from the church. Clergy have to set examples and keep the flock healthy and informed by visiting and calling the people of the parish like the priests did when I was a child. I lived in Manitoba, when Father Fitzgerald came to visit us in the winter it was often 30 below zero and more than once he had to get a boost from my dad to get his old car started after visiting us, now priest don’t walk down the street to visit parishioners. If the clergy has failed they have failed by leading by example in showing us how precious we are to the church. Now a days I’d be so bold to say that those of us who remain passionate Catholics do so because of our clergy of the old days and in spite of the clergy who only see us leaving mass or while distributing communion or hearing confessions. The shepherds tend the flocks where the sheep are not only in the stable. Clergy need to follow the footsteps of our Lord and go to the people like past priest did, like Pope John Paul II did and my childhood priests did and not replicate the high priests of the Jews of Jesus’s time. Start coming to us again. I don’t think for a moment that any of the atrocities that CBC lied about happened, I do believe that the clergy has neglected us and as a result we have become more vulnerable to falling out of love with our Faith.

@@tsinav8 I’m grew up in Winnipeg. Winnipeg at one point had one of the largest population of Filipinos living outside of the Philippines. I’ve often said were it not for the Filipinos living in Canada the Catholic Church wouldn’t exist any longer in Canada. I now live in Richmond BC and attend Holy Martyrs Catholic Church down the street from my house and we are one of the few non Asian members there. That entire parish is populated by Filipino and Chinese and a few South Asian Indians. My sons and I are likely the only Metis parishioners at a Catholic Church than commemorates the early martyrs in North America that introduced the Faith to my Huron and Algonquin ancestors, that’s sad.

I was born and baptized Catholic but raised Assemblies of God since I was about 4 years old. I just celebrated my 2 year anniversary of my first communion in the Catholic Church! Pentecostalism left me with so many questions and gaps in my walk with Christ that Catholicism has filled. The preaching and teaching I had in the AG Church was sprinkled and sometimes outright smothered in anti-Catholicism. In my childhood I remember sneaking into my parents' room to look at the bottle of Holy Water my mom still had on her dresser, or the bust of Mary that stayed in the house for years after they left the Church. I looked with envy at pictures of my oldest brother's first communion and all the girls in the background in white dresses and veils. I wanted to listen to Mother Angelica, but my mother would say, "we aren't Catholic. Turn it to TBN." And then my siblings and I would instead watch Benny Hinn knock people over. I longed for Catholicism but it couldn't be an option. So, instead I looked for older churches that fit within the approved realm of American Evangelicalism. But nothing made sense and no one agreed on any sort of catechesis or exegesis, even within a single church! I finally had enough and said I was starting with the Bible. The Bible says Christ created a church. A single, unified church. 2000 years later I expected evolution of some kind, so I would settle on the church closest to that which Christ began. At the same time I mouthed off to a Catholic friend that they worship Mary. She gently explained the truth and I was blown away. What else was I lied to about the Catholic Church? Going down the many branches of denominations throughout history I saw it all lead back in time to Catholicism. Wait....could Catholicism be Christ's Church? 5.5 years of studying and prayer later, I made my first confession and Holy Communion. 6 years after that initial revelation I was confirmed. And not a day goes by that I am not so grateful to be Catholic.

Life long one here in the UK, been in and out of my attendance of church over the years but my faith and love for the Father, Son and Holy Ghost has never gone away, when I hear people speak of their journey to the Catholic Church my heart fills with love but part of me wishes I have their fire/fervour .Having been blessed to be brought up in a Catholic family and married to a fellow Catholic for 47 years the foundation of my faith has followed me through this world, blessed with 3 children 1 of whom was born, touched down for a few minutes and passed back to the arms of Jesus, love and hope in the resurrection is a joy I hope will unite us all one day when our earthy work is over.

!!❤!!❤ Many cradle Catholics of your (and my) age had VERY POOR catechesis. Our formation was lacking greatly, as a result, many cradle Catholics do not fully understand our own faith. I was raised Irish-American Catholic and ended in & out of the church many times. Finally I went back through RCIA (even though I had the sacraments. Since then I have been able to truly understand my faith.

The internet has made it easy to learn the teachings of the Catholic Church. You just have to make sure that those who you choose to learn from are faithful to the Church. You can always follow-up with the Catecism. RCIA is helpful, though you need to understand that there isn't enough time to do a deep dive into all of these subjects. I wish you all the best. @ true, but it was the place to get absolute answers to the questions I had which kept me faith-bouncing for years. Now, I’ve made it through the ‘on fire for Christ’ as well as many ‘dark nights of faith’ and my trust in Jesus, my faith in our triune God has been unshakable. I've been a Protestant (Pentecostal) my entire life and currently in RCIA so hearing him answer the last few questions were super helpful! I will keep my ears open and mouth closed to be taught by the Church bc I truly believe it is the truth. You're also right, there's a cost for converting to Catholicism. My parents are Pentecostal Pastors and I finally told my Mom I'm in RCIA. I could tell she was hurt and feels like I'm going down the wrong path. Just wonderful. I’m a Cradle Catholic but my oldest son who attended Catholic grade & high school & was an alter boy met his wife n medical school. He converted to her Evangelical religion & has taught Bible to little kids for over 20 years. He lives across the country from me but calls every Sunday. I love his calls though each ends with a little biblical sermon for me. We were discussing gratitude & I Tod him I regularly thank God for my being born & raised Catholic? He did not like hearing that & lectured me. You know; “ you have to choose to be saved,etc”. He doesn’t hunk much of the Catholic Church but we live in peace & watch what we say. I, therefore, learned a lot of “answers” from your guest. Thanks to both of you. My younger son is a devout Catholic & usually goes to Mass each week on both Saturday & Sunday which is a joy for me. ⁠​⁠@@karenc2844 isn’t that the beauty of the Novus Ordo. It doesn’t take away or diminish the Latin Mass but it allows people of every nation to participate in their own language. Not everyone knows Latin and one of the issues with the Latin Mass was people didn’t know what they were saying. It is approved by the Magisterium and the weird Latin Mass supremacists by their disagreements wander into Protestant territory rejecting the authority of the Pope.

I’m a cradle catholic and like others here, I didn’t know so much of my catholic faith. The one good thing about the pandemic is that it made us more prayerful and the KZbin was a way to pray with others. When Kenny began his Bible Highlights series, my first thought was that the Church should have a Bible Revival similar to the recent Eucharistic Revival. Obviously, this would benefit Catholics, but it would also help those outside the Catholic Church see how Biblical the Church of Jesus is. Father Mike’s Bible in a Year podcast is evidence that people yearn for the Word of God. We need to spread the word that it is found in His Church.

I was born and raised Catholic, I left and became evangelical Independent. I've been divorced and remarried. Truly thinking about coming back to the Catholic Church. But I feel it would be difficult my children were baptized Catholic. But feel it would be hard return because they were not raised in the church. I love this podcast I find it very helpful. I left the LDS church and converted to Catholicism… No crosses in the Mormon/LDS church because they say they celebrate the resurrection, not the crucifixion, so they don’t have crosses as a center point of their faith. Crosses are not forbidden, just not encouraged.

Yes having a truly Catholic family is a Blessing and what the Lord desires for every family. My dad (we were Baptist) was always gone and there was fighting with or without his presence. As a result, I can't stand fighting. Dad had a major stroke at 57 and I moved in with him and Mom when I was 43, after fleeing a cult that falsely claimed to be Catholic. God helped us grow closer. Dad died suddenly in 2013 at 68, and my brother suddenly died in 2021. It's just mom and me and she's not a fan of the Catholic Church either. Pray for her conversion. The devil has done an effective job of poisoning hearts against the Catholic Church.

@ I will. Actually, my experience is the same as your mother. But I stayed Catholic because of the Divine Mercy Chaplet, have you prayed that? Very powerful. I would pray that for 6 times a day. But then I will skip the Blessed Mother. One day, I was sleeping and our Lord is there by my side. He is like “I guess you didn’t want me to be here” I even grab his hand. “No, I said. Why would you think that?”. Then he took me to a big white room of place with many people. I didn’t know who are they before. But they don’t like me there. I even saw Pope John Paul 2 and he is disappointed with me. But I said “I believe in Jesus”. But he is still shaking his head. And then our Lord Jesus Christ take me out of there because I became sad. Then he said “Go to that woman”. I don’t want to. 😅 Because of the things I heard about her. And I can tell our Lord is not happy (he too is shaking his head) not because of me. But the people I have been listening too at that time who are not Catholic. Who are teaching something bad and disrespectful to the Blessed Mother. I don’t want to go. But suddenly my body lifts up and went to her. She is walking towards me. And I kept saying the Lord’s name to rebuke her or make her go away. I am doing that cause people teach “that she is the devil or any of her apparitions are works of the evil one”. But she didn’t go away. Instead, she holds my two arms and then she gave me the greatest and warmest hug I’ve ever experienced in my life. As she was hugging me. I know I’ve been deceived by those people. Why would they say that? She is a good “woman”. You can feel her purity. After that, she revealed things on me. About the things that are too come. If you are having a hard time convincing your Mom. Pray the Rosary then the Divine Mercy Chaplet. She will come around fast. Will pray too for you. 🙏🏻

I converted 18 years ago for my wife and, sadly to say but, only now within the last two years since discovering the Traditional Latin Mass have I felt curious about Catholicism. I said my first rosary only about a year ago and now we say it everyday as a family thanks to other families sharing their faith with us through fellowship within their home. This interview was so amazing and stuck cord with me time and time again. Im a "local" and have celebrated mass at St Johns in VA Beach. I also grew up in the Assemblies of God church and other non denominational churches through my adolescence and young adult life. I'm a new Catholic. Came into the Church in 2020 also from Foursquare and evangelical protestant background. I was really sensitive coming into the Church when I saw anything irreverent or protestant ish or casual and really struggled trying to find a Catholic Church where I felt that Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament was being treated with love and care. Laypeople handling the Eucharist really bothered me as well as communion on the hand. I had seen all of that in protestant churches and was sad to see it in the Catholic Church. I am very thankful that the Lord led me very quickly to a beautiful traditional Latin Mass parish and I have felt at home ever since.

I'm a cradle Catholic, but did not know what all we believed or where we got it from. I learned just the basics, and never had it explained before. I guess I was Catholic just because my parents were Catholic. So when I interacted with people from other denominations, who knew their Bibles, I had no way of defending my faith by the Bible, because I didn't even know the Bible. I think we were hesitant about reading it because we weren't schooled in the language of that time and the meanings of certain words or phrases, and the customs. So we were afraid we might misinterpret it, which is what we believed happened to al the Protestant faiths, because each one was interpreting it the way they understood it, each one saying they were led by the Holy Spirit, and they couldn't agree with each other. I'm learning so much from converts who have studied the Bible and theology and found the truth in the Catholic Church and are able to EXPLAIN it, and what the Church believes using the Bible. But they have also read books apart from the Bible, of the earliest Church and how it leads directly to the Catholic Church. I guess what us cradle Catholics need to learn is Church history. I, unfortunately, did read some things about some of the Popes that a Protestant friend had, that was very disconcerting. The only thing I can tell them, is that yes there were some things wrong in the Catholic Church, but as St Francis said, they needed to be reformed from within, and not throw the baby out with the bathwater, and start a whole new Church. I definitely recommend the Coming Home Network. I've learned so much from there.

Funny, when I read that I thought, “nothing wrong with being a Baptist, being a Catholic I know Baptist is a very real piece of Christianity but, whatever it takes to introduce you to the rest of Christianity I pray you let it find you”. It was in my wife’s Baptist Church where I realized like I never knew before that I had to get my butt back to Catholic. I will ‘always’ be grateful that the pastor there called the Body Of Christ a mere symbol. I just knew better than that from my core being. Jesus did not call that a symbol; He said it IS my Body… …since that moment, crossing myself in that Baptist Church - BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE - I knew where I was going. God loves you; do not forget that!

Keith and Kenny, I appreciate your views and your testimonies as converts. I would not say I am a convert, but I am not a cradle catholic in sense where I was baptize as an infant either. I would love to meet you, Keith and Kenny, one day. My story I tell of my faith is quite one of journey. I have phenomenal faith filled parents. My dad's family is Catholic, my mom is methodist. When my sister and I were born, they were going to a non-denominational church at the time. Then we moved to a different town just 30 minutes away when I was three years old. My mom decided that she wanted a faith filled structure from the church for kids, which she felt the children's Sunday school just did not meet expectations. So, as a family we started to go to one of the Catholic Churches out in the outskirts of the new town in the country. I was dedicated as an infant at the non-denominational church. It was not until I was 7 years old that I was baptized in Catholic Church. Mom and Dad wanted us to be knowledgeable about denominational differences; they wanted us to make our own decision to become Catholic. Growing up my sister and I went to the CCD classes for the public-school kids. We choose every part of our journey through confirmation. I remember through childhood of discussing very heavy faith and spiritual topics as a family. They showed their love for Christ and God first. The way they would respond to answer our questions were superb, excellent grace and charisma on topics. As a public-school kid, that was very faith centered; I knew I wanted a faith affiliated college to go to. My mom went to a Reformed Presbyterian College. I did not want to go to the same school my parents went to college, but my mom told me to keep and open mind. I think it will fit your personality, and it is what you are looking for. Sure enough, I loved it and the faith filled environment. However, I was a Catholic girl going to a Reformed Presbyterian College. I love my experience, but it was not easy. I felt like I did not belong in many ways. I was discriminated against because I was a Catholic and Catholics are not real Christian the Protestant kids would say. And then I participated in a Catholic bible study, and they told me I was not a real Catholic because my parents did not marry in Catholic church and my mom was going to hell because she was not Catholic. For this I was not able to go to the Catholic Church nearby the college. So here I was a Catholic girl at Reformed Presbyterian college going to a United Methodist Church, which is where I found myself during the school year. I too had a church hopping experience where I would go to all kinds of denominational services. I experienced going to a Greek Orthodox Mass, CMA, Reformed Presbyterian, PCUSA, PCA, OP, Nazarene, UCC, Lutheran, non-denominational, and United Methodist. I still went to my Catholic church back at home over breaks. I want to say I struggled with these ideas, but I knew they were very corrupted and contorted views. I learned so much about my faith, the Catholic faith, and the bible verses, which I was now able to recite just as good as any of my protestant classmates. I spent my four years asking so many questions to protestants, to Catholics, of course did some deep prayer, and discernment with my bible I used in my bible requirement classes. I also felt like I did not know my bible as well as my protestant classmates did. I felt like I did not belong. So, I took it upon myself, freshman year I read my whole bible word for word that whole academic year, in 9 months. Look back at the experience as it made me stronger in my faith and knowledge of my faith. My biggest conclusion I like to tell people is that "FAITH IS A JOURNEY." It is a truly a journey, and your faith grows through your life. Thank you for two for sharing your convert stories!!!

Loved hearing this journey! I was raised Catholic and converted at 45 to Protestant. Am 72 now. I simply follow Jesus and leave denomination at the door.❤ Never found the perfect church, and found there is something to learn from everyone who loves Jesus Christ who by the way was Jewish. The Catholic’s always had the reverence for Him that I love. He is with all of us who chooses to follow Him in Spirit and in Truth. It’s not about religion and anyone can find Jesus because He is in our heart no matter what. I thought about going to a Messianic Jewish temple too. I prayed about what I should do. He said one word, Observe. That was it. I’m at a church that I don’t call home. I know my Bible, that is my home, heaven is my home. Jesus is my heart, He is whenever my heart is turned towards Him. ❤Love y’all . Keep your eyes and ears on Him! All Glory to Jesus Christ who died for us!!!! He is the one who has my heart🙌🏼🙌🏼

I started my "ordination" through the pentecostal ministry network. I remember that three tier prossess. Certified, Licensed and "ordained" I got halfway through the second when through my personal studies of the Church Fathers that my understanding of Christianity was becoming more clear.

No organization has any biblical or ecclesial authority to ordain anyone in the way that Paul, for instance, ordained Timothy or Titus. Without apostolic succession, an ordination has no divine authority (however much organizational or denominational authority -- which is 100% human) it might have. There is no biblical basis for anyone starting an organization, yielding to themselves the power to ordain, and then telling people they are ordained as though the ordination comes from Jesus. This was a serious crisis for me. But it's just a fact.

My husband is taking OCIA Classes. I warned him your coming in to the church during a messy time. But no one can ruin our church for us this is our church. And I told him no one hates the Catholic Church just what they mistakenly believe it is . And ex Catholics are the most confused and misguided . I too was away for a long time . And reading the Bible, Rome sweet home and many other books has confirmed I am HOME. 😅

I’m so grateful to my parents who baptized me catholic. I made communion I have so many beautiful memories growing up. Don’t get me wrong I left my religion for a long time but god called me back and I’ve been listening and learning. I plan on getting both my boys baptized next year 2025. I grew up with not such great catholics and did not set the best example. (My own mom told me my kids were going to hell because I didn’t get them baptized) I’ve done a lot more healing and realizing that I can be a better Catholic for my father (God) that is what matters…and the trauma god has healed I’m So happy to be home. They can make the decision but i want to lead by example for both of my boys.✝️❤️🙏📿 I’m also learning how to pray the different rosary’s it’s been life changing.

I was an Evangelical, raised protestant, but I began to be disturbed by what seemed to be a "cafeteria" "pick and Choose" approach to doctrines - pick what you like and leave the rest approach. It's exhausting and non Biblical. Some visits to Episcopal and Anglican churches also played a part on my path to Catholicism. I agree that Evangelicals make the perfect candidates for Catholicism and Orthodoxy - partly because they've already accepted Jesus as their Lord and savior, and also believe in the miraculous.
