डी वाई चंद्रचूड़ संविधान के हिसाब से निर्णय लेते है। और बेंच का निर्माण सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश ही करते है।संविधान विधि सम्मत है। इसलिए कोर्ट सिर्फ संविधान के उलंघन पर निर्णय ले सकता है।जबकि संविधान में ऐसा कही नही लिखा की कोई सीएम जिस पर अपराधी होने का संदेह है और वह जेल में हो तो उसको पद से हटना होगा। इसलिए दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट का ऐसा कहना गलत है। रही बात पुस्तको की तो उत्तर प्रदेश में भी स्कूल में पुस्तक नही आई है। और आएगी भी तो अगस्त सितंबर में जब आधा सत्र बीत चुका होगा। पर यहां कोई बोलने वाला नही है।
