In my POV Education + Quality =EQUALITY समस्या सिर्फ नेताओं और पार्टियों में नहीं है बल्कि उनको चुनने वाली जनता में भी है। समस्या हमारे क़ानून व्यवस्था और संविधान में भी है जिनको क्रांतिकारी सुधार की ज़रुरत है। लोकतंत्र एक बहोत अच्छी व्यवस्था हो सकती है पर तब जब मताधिकार सही हाथों में हो। जो लोग इतना महत्वपूर्ण मतदान का अधिकार बस यूं ही पा लेते है तब उस अधिकार का कोई ख़ास उपयोगिता नहीं बचती। पूरा का पूरा समाज का एक तबका ऐसा अपांग हो चूका है की उसे हाथ पैर रहते हुए भी भीख चाहिए , कमना नहीं है। आरक्षण को वरदान के रूप में पिछड़ों को मैन स्ट्रीम में लाने के लिए सोच कर बनाया गया था पर वही वरदान अब राजनीति और लोगो की हराम खोरी के वजह से अभशाप बनता जा रहा है। एहि वजह है की आज 5 - 8वी फ़ैल युवा लोगो को भी मिडिया में रोजगार का भिंडी रोना रो रहे है। और 9वि फ़ैल नेता उनके हक़ की लड़ाई लड़ने का आश्वासन देते फिरते है।

Averages are deceptive. If the top 10% have an average income of 13.5 LPA it does not mean someone earning, say 10 LPA cannot be in the top 10%. Someone who earns even 25,000 INR per month in India is in the top 10%. That translates to 3 LPA. Someone who earns about 3LPA is in the top 10% of earners.
