Since I shared the story of my broken ankle, I received lots of questions. I know some of you are very interested in the exercises I did during my recovery. In this video, I will focus on the below exercises I did during the early stage of my recovery. I would do 2 to 3 exercises as a set and I usually did two to three sets a day with a least a few hours in between.
1. Plantar flexion and dorsiflexion - 00:57
2. Inversion and Eversion - 01:26
3. Heel and toe raise (sitting) - 01:42
4. Ankle circle (sitting) - 2:00
5. Ankle with loop (resisted plantar flexion) - 02:28
6. Resisted inversion - 02:42
7. Resisted eversion - 3:04
8. Heel raise (standing) - 3:21
9. Toe raise (standing) - 3:31
10. Soleus stretch - 3:44
11. Gastric stretch - 4:04
