My grandfather did macrame plant hangers in the70s. I thought it was cool, but as a 3 year old girl, I didn’t like the avocado green, gold and brown. Now I’m doing some macrame, but on a much smaller scale. I often think of and connect with him when im being creative with string and tools(he was a mechanic as well. I started my beading journey about a month after he passed. It’s been EXPENSIVE THERAPY, LOLs.

Like you in March I had a couple eye operations ( retina detachment then just after that a cataract and stent put in) so yes I’m still struggling with my eye, although I’ve got a prescription lens my eye still feels funny and trying to do beading etc is a bit weird so I sympathise with you 💐

Hi Kellie, just found your channel and have been enjoying your tutorials. On the barrel knots, do you put the same strand that you’re wrapping around the tube through the tube? Or are you wrapping one strand and putting the end of the other strand through the tube? I couldn’t tell because both strands are coming out of the barrel knot when you’re done. Thanks!
