Great video, been using a down rigger now for sometime now love it ,Had to make my own down rigger weight . made mine out of 2'' pvc pipe with end caps and filled it with lead weight ,made mine 3 lbs and put a 4'' fin on it works great . Thanks for all your info on kayak fishing

Right on.....I got a long skinny deep drop weight that I'm using now and I really like it. It weighs just short of 5 lbs....

I’m a walleye fisherman and I used Downrigger a lot! I now use magnum tadpoles from Offshore Tackles instead!
