They don’t even seem to have a WRITTEN FORMAL CONTRACT where Kelly says she WOULD pay them 15%. She could say the only reason she gave them that much money in the first place was because he was her FIL, which could in all likelihood be very true, which would rightfully entitle her to getting, probably, millions of dollars that she overpaid.
