Kelly Khumalo accused of being the mastermind in Meyiwa's murder

The main trial in the Senzo Meyiwa murder case has adjourned until Monday. It was delayed for 5 months for a trial-within-a-trial into the admissibility of confessions. Those confessions have been laid bare after the court ruled the statements can be admitted. ENCA's reporter, Manqoba Mchunuhas been following this story and confirmed accusations made by one of the suspects in court.

Not only that but the killers stated under oath that she was the mastermind. What would the killers gain from pinning the death of their victim on the deceased's loved ones?? It's clearly not unreasonable to think Kelly was involved. Perhaps YOUR brain is the one that needs to exercise some basic reasoning.

By law of south Africa police are not just arresting a person because someone include him/her in the statement or confession. More investigation must be done before arresting that person. If the plan was to kill Senzo, I wonder what would've happened if he didn't jump the guy with a gun to wrestle him... How would Senzo have been killed then?
