@@sulysaldana5867 Get there before 8 am they close when is full capacity. Go up to the rock spring 2 minutes walking up from the main pool. Bring your pie floaty. If you rent it is 10 per person.

Would you need a permit to fly your drone here

I had the same question. We love going here and I just got a drone, but I’m reading that it’s illegal to fly them in FL state parks (not being the drone police here... the footage is amazing and wether the author had permission or not... that’s not my business. I still love this video). But for my own use, the rule is a bummer as I really wanted to use it for a lot of this kind of stuff. Wondering if there’s a permit one can get for this.

You don't need permission and it's NOT illegal. Doing the proper research is always key! Check the FAQs on this page: www.ocfl.net/cultureparks/parks.aspx?m=dtlvw&d=22#.YCq4jhNKhyo Q. Do you allow drones to be flown in the park? A. Drones are allowed to be flown in the park if they take off and land in the designated take off/landing area. For our site the designated area is the main picnic area that is adjacent to our drop off area. For the safety of the public no low fly overs of the water will be allowed.
