Kelly says the woman treated her differently than the other celebrities, and sometimes the difference is so blatant. She deserves to have the same time and space that was given to the other celebrities. Kelly had enough after the woman said something that she didn't like.

Rowland was running late. Guests were to be seated before the film directors. As once the directors sat the film was to start . Rowland being late . Could have screwed the whole scheduele up. Thats why security were attempting for her to get a move on. Maybe next year they should lock the doors once the directors enter. Then people like Rowland can have all the photo ops they want while the film plays and they are locked out. Edit there is video of Rowland walkjng down the aisle after most of the directors had sat.

It's France, rudeness of staff is a standard specially to english-speaking people. You wouldn't know how childish they can be when you don't speak french. That's when they play superior. I live in France and sometimes you need to assert yourself and be equally rude. In fact they expect that kind of "passion" to make them respect you. Once you learn to speak French, there will be a shift of behaviour and that's when politeness comes. I had conversation with people about what happened and no one was judging Kelly locally. Sometimes you do what you have to do. I love her for standing up for herself. I work as a security officer at an entertainment awards show, and I encountered with same lady who was extremely unprofessional and treated us like second-class personnel. Despite our attempts to follow company and studio procedures, she acted as though she was above them. She tries to use her status as a minority and a female to avoid taking responsibility for her behavior. I always strive to be fair to everyone, including other minorities like myself. Her claim that she stood her ground is simply not true. I find her to be impolite and unprofessional.
