I feel like she is pretty authentic, and I think her personal growth journey has been surpfisingly genuine and heartwarming. This is meant in the best way with regard to Kelly, but she acts like an only child because her parents divorced when she was 6 years old, her brother went to live with their father, her sister went to live with an aunt, and she stayed with her mother. She remarried at a later time. If Kelly could learn to listen more, it would be helpful during the interviewing process. She is changing the natural flow of the conversation by asking another question or multiple questions, and Chelsea cannot finish answering the original question. Also, Kelly is not treating Jo in a very respectful manner.
