The voice has great coaches, that's why a lot of people are watching. If a lot people are watching, then a lot of people will be able to hear those contestants, which could draw potential opportunities to them. We should be grateful that the voice is doing their best to promote their show. Having great coaches that boosts the show, it's a win-win to all of them - the artists, the coaches and the show itself.

She probably has had cosmetic surgery but not plastic. She has not had a jaw implant, she went vegan during Victorious and lost 11 pounds including a lot of facial fat. She was filming victorious so she woudln't have time to recover from any surgeries.
