I appreciate that you're committed to working through new products before repurchasing favorites. You do sometimes repurchase the same products again and again which can make videos a bit repetitive. I did get the dokdo toner on your recommendation though and I've used it for a few days. I haven't noticed much but maybe I need more layers to see the effect. edit: I hope you buy the jumbo size of the dokdo when you do get a backup. I'm curious to see how fast you empty it lol!

@@mariacamilamoreno2621 I have the Culligan WSH-C125. It doesn't give as "hard" of a flow as the flow restrictor shower head I had on there, but I have long hair and it's pretty good.

I recently found a new super ferment and snail bee toner brand that I love. It's actually an Iherb brand called idealove. The super ferment version not only has multiple of the ferment it has five different ceramides cholesterol. I think five different peptides, including copper peptides. It's just an amazing formula. Not to mention, the price point can't be beat. Some of their other products have fragrance, but their essence and toners are all fragrance-free.

I actually bought three of the super ferment because they only come in 2.7 ounce but iherb has had them for 4.80 for a while and then if you add the snail bee toner with it they take off another $6 so you get that one even cheaper too.

I recently finished the round lab soybean nourishing toner. It was a nice lightweight milky toner that felt like a comforting hug to my skin without being heavy. It was surprisingly hydrating and was a nice way to incorporate ceramides into my morning routine where I only use 2-3 steps. I finally finished the Paula's choice 2% BHA liquid exfoliant after a year. I didn't notice any dramatic results, but it was nice to keep my skin clear and I used extra as a spot treatment when I got bad breakouts. I'm almost done with the Inkey list succinic acid (hate the name) spot treatment. It works so well that I want to get it again, but I don't like where the company is going and some of their shady tactics. I hope more elegant and effective spot treatments come out this year.

I hadn't heard of a formula change, I know they keep tweaking the name for the North American market, I think people don't understand how to use it because of the name!

@@KellyDriscoll Yes, they've changed the formula. I believe the new version has Ceramide and Peptide added in it. The design of the new bottle is also very different. It's only available in Korea at the moment but apparently they're bringing it to the US market soon.

I love Niod modulating glucosides and I use it frequently I have to put a Niod pump in it or it’s a disaster. But I will say I have a weird texture issue and notice it pills if I use the wrong serum or moisturizer over it but I swear by it!

Thanks for your video! I Pacifica vegan ceramide serum and it was a C (first not impressed, not moisturizing at all, but later started developing sensitivity), LRP double barrier repair spf30 was a C ( liked how moisturizing but leaned towards the oily side specially as the day went by, it also pilled and burned my eyes), inkey list alpha arbutin B- (was already oxidized but their customer service assured me this didn’t impact the product, it was just ok)

Those are 2 wildly different products, but if you're looking to solve dehydration Make Prem would probably be the better choice. Laneige is more for moisture and dryness.

Yay empties! I need to step up my game emptying things lol- just finished holy grail Rovectin Body and Face cream-Love! My stratia interface however does have the problem with flaking- i dont know if its because its a different style pump? i did the wrap it in tape trick!

I use oil underneath moisturizer or sometimes mixed into moisturizer. You can also apply on top of moisturizer, just depends what you skin likes!

Ehhh not really avoiding anything, some say retinol/tretinoin shouldn't be paired with copper peptide, I'm not fully convinced it isn't just a skincare panic after the ordinary said not to pair their copper peptide serum with their retinol products. It's easy to avoid if you're worried but beyond that it's seriously easy to use and pair!👌

Hey Jennifer, I'm using tret at .035% (I tried 0.50% last year and it was too much for me, maybe I'll try again evenutally). I use tret about 3-4x a week depending on how my skin is feeling.

I recently emptied Geek & Gorgeous stress less serum (it’s an A+ and I already have a backup), RNW der concentrate ceramide plus (I’ve bought it after your recommendation and it felt good using it but… I don’t know, I’m not so convinced, I think it’s a B for me), Cerave moisturizing cream (it’s good but I didn’t like the matte finish, it makes my skin look worse, B-), The inkey list q10 serum (I love this serum, another A+) and Byoma hydrating serum (such a wonderful serum, it’s an A!).

Hey, did you not experience any breakouts with the BoJ Cleansing Oil? Because the 1st ingredient is soy bean oil which is highly comedogenic. I am super acne prone (and sensitive + dry). Thank you 💕

Not at all, comedogenic rating are highly individual. Since the Cleansing Oil is a product formulated to wash off your skin it's not going to behave like pure soybean oil that is left on the skin.

Thanks! I use it AM and PM nothing too complicated. There is some thought that retinoids and copper peptides should not be used in the same routine, it's not as well proven as say retinoids and benzoyl peroxide canceling each other out. But for an abundance of caution, you could skip the serum in the routine you use your tretinoin.

Love the dokdo toner! Wished I've gotten the 500 ml instead of the 200 ml one. I don't think the latter one will last me a month 😂, it's so layerable and I'm also surprised with how hydrating it is despite the thin texture.

With the Benton Ultimate Snail Bee Toner the packaging really bothers me. Whenever I flip the bottle it takes quite a while for the toner to come out, but once it starts to come a lot of product pours out. I wish they would change the cap of that toner bottle otherwise it definitely won’t last long. Has anyone else experienced that?

I found that goes away once the bottle is like 3/4 full instead of totally full, I think it just needs more room for air to get things moving. It's annoying though!

I like it a lot for hydration and I always have thirsty skin! If I'm majorly dehydrated other products will probably do the job better (like make prem) but in a pinch a few layers of BOJ feels very hydrating.
