I had that Backpacker's Pantry Pad Thai last week, and it was indeed better than Pad Thai I've gotten in restaurants. Totally worth it.

The backpackers is really good. Found out you can buy the little lime packets from Walmart and amazon. We have made these a staple in our food bags. Put them in ramen, chicken tortillas, etc. Takes the food up a notch.

I enjoy both… but the BPP is more hearty vs the MTH in my opinion. I really like the little pieces of pineapple in the MTH though. I was so nervous when you poured all of the Sriracha into the BPP! I have to go easy on it…I guess I’m a spice-lightweight, but it looks like you liked it. This was a cool head to head food test video. Be blessed, - JB⚡️H

I was never a big fan of Backpackers Panties but, the Pad Thai is pretty good. I always read the directions carefully before I buy their meals because, sometimes you are supposed to transfer the meal to a frying pan after hydrating. ( I mean, if you can't eat directly from the pouch, I pass ) Never had Mountain House Pad Thai so, can't judge. Is that new ? My absolute favorite at the moment is Mountain House Fettuccine Alfredo w/chicken. I think I had that six times on the Long Trail this year and always looked forward to it.

Look for long term 30 year food storage in a no food to buy at the store event I hope you are only eating luxury food from Whole Foods or your gonna be hungry
