Just a little tip as we own a power washing company. We use a little dawn soap and pool chlorine in a sprayer let it sit for a bit then rinse off with the power washer. A little amount goes a long way. Great on the hard to get off spots. House looks good. You shouldn't be embarrassed you haven't lived there and things like that aren't always a priority.

My parents also have a mobile home. When they got their roof done they asked them to install awnings so that when it rains the rain isnt dripping down the side and inside the windows and doors. It also helped when youre trying to leave or go in and saves your stairs.

Hello, Kelly! I squeeze honey barbecue sauce on my plain ribs. I love Johnsonville brats as part of the cooked brunch menu. I love Oscar Mayer wieners that are tucked in my hotdog buns. I squeeze mustard and ketchup on my hotdogs. I love Red Baron French bread pepperoni pizzas. Sometimes, I squeeze mustard and ketchup on my fries and hash browns. Sometimes, I squeeze honey barbecue sauce on 'em. I can possibly eat 5 plain, normal-sized tacos. I usually eat 4. I shopped at Walmart Supercenter yesterday. That's my favorite store. 🦋

Make sure mice don’t get into your Christmas tree bag. We had a deck umbrella stored in our shed for winter, and mice nested inside it. When my husband opened it baby mice fell out, gross. We no longer have a shed as we moved but, it stays with me. I despise mice.

A idea on removing the mold from the house is to mix a little Simple Green cleaner in your power washer. I live in a mobile home as well. It works wonders

Hi Ellie! (I believe that's what you guys named her, correct me if I'm wrong!) So happy to see you're still caring for her! I'm from the northeast and we don't have stray dogs like the south has a lot of. I find it strange the difference in people's thoughts when it comes to animals they no longer want to take care of. It's just crazy to me that someone just let that sweet dog go and didn't find her a home. Glad you stepped up and helped her with her puppies and have continued caring for her.

Girl I struggle with homemade mashed potatoes too, but I’m not going to sweat it anymore. Those Bob Evans mashed potatoes are super delicious and affordable. They taste better than some of the homemade mashed potatoes I’ve had in the past.

The north side of our house in Northern Florida gets gross with green yuck and mildew. I saw someone use Mold Armor from Walmart. That stuff is a miracle. Spray on and it just rinses of with little to no scrubbing. 😮looks brand new out there. Try that mold armor on the tough gunk. Well done! One step at a time. 🦋🦋

Such a difference with the power washing, great job. I power washed for the first time a couple years ago and well it’s not as easy as some make it look😩. I was sooo dirty and my back was hurting for a few days after. I’m sure it didn’t help being bent over doing sidewalks for most of the time. BUT, yes big but, 😁it looked so good after.
