Oh my goodness. I’m so sorry they scared you. I’m O- too and my original OB never even asked about my blood type. I knew about it because my sister just had a baby and is O- and got the injection. At my 28 week appointment, my Dr still hadn’t brought it up. I was BAFFLED. I ended up switching OBs for a plethora of other reasons but yeah. My first appointment with my new OB, she asked what my blood type was and immediately gave me the injection. You are NOT complaining. You’re a super hero badass and you’re creating a life, girl. I’m 32 weeks now. We got this!! ❤

So, I had implantation bleeding. That sounds like what you’re having, which is just the baby implanting into your uterine wall…that’s awesome! I freaked out and went to the ER. The ER physician mistakenly told me I had miscarried bc my hCG hormone was so low in my labs. Went to the gyno, they were still low, so he planned a D&C. The evening before the D&C, he checked my levels one more time. I was devastated, but he ordered it STAT so he could get it back before he did the D&C the next morning. He called me later that night and said my levels had tripled and he was canceling it. I’m so glad he checked my levels again bc he would’ve been taking a viable baby. My pregnancy was kinda crazy, but my baby girl, Jordyn, is here now and fourteen years old. It turned out that I was just really early and it was implantation all along. Your pregnancy will definitely be your own journey and you’ll have your own unique story. Try to enjoy it bc he/she will be here, earth side before you know it. Congratulations! ❤❤

My husband had to tell me practically daily “just because you don’t like pregnancy doesn’t mean you don’t love our baby.” Pregnancy can seriously SUCK! Doesn’t make you a bad mom or mean you don’t love your baby/ungrateful! You’ve got this!! As someone 18 months on the other side, ITS SO WORTH IT!

Trust me Kelly; when I was pregnant ( I’m now 66) I had sickness in the evening! Never morning; and I couldn’t even look at certain foods. Pregnancy is different for everyone; and when you’re feeling like you need to rest, rest. You are not complaining. You’re still beautiful. Take good care of yourself! ✌️

Omg it’s so interesting seeing everyone else’s pregnancy journey cuz you truly realize how different everyone is! For me, my first trimester was easy . Nausea finally hit me in the second trimester and didn’t really go away until the end of my pregnancy. But during that time I was absolutely miserable because i literally threw up everything. I couldn’t even keep down water. I was so happy it finally went away before my son was born. I’m grateful for all the doctors that worked with me tirelessly to make sure I was hydrated and my baby was healthy. Sorry I’m blabbering but Congratulations to you both 🎉You got this mama ! 💖

Don’t ever feel bad about needing to complain or vent. Pregnancy is rough and the first to sometimes second trimester is hard. I was nauseous until I was in my 16th week and it was rough. You are growing an entire human and it’s definitely not easy. You are doing amazing.

I loved how glamorous you looked at 6 weeks and then it hit 😂😂😂. I remember it well! Glad you are feeling a bit better now. I also had spotting through my first trimester with both of my children and I remember being so alarmed the first few days it happened. There really isn’t much information about it as I think people are too scared to tell you it happens and it’s normal in case it isn’t just spotting. Don’t apologise for being real about your pregnancy. It can be incredibly hard (as can motherhood) and being able to verbalise it without feeling guilty is so very important. You are very blessed but it doesn’t make it any easier or mean you don’t have challenges. Your feelings are always valid ❤❤❤.

Kelly don’t feel guilty complaining or feeling bad. We have gone through it and is not easy making a new life and having your body completely change. I would’ve loved to have this when having my daughter because I had some heavy bleeding as well at the beginning of my pregnancy and completely freaked out and cried and rushed to the hospital just for them to say everything was fine and there was no issue. I’m so happy for you and Steven and this new milestone in both of your lives. I hope you keep feeling good and strong. I felt great my second trimester and then felt exhausted all the time once I was getting close to delivering her and you will go pee almost every hour lol a little FYI. Love you guys and can’t wait for more videos ❤

Very excited for you and Steven!! My first pregnancy, I didn’t experience any morning sickness, then one day I started spotting around 8 weeks and unfortunately I lost my fraternal twins a few days later. My husband and I were devastated. My second pregnancy, girl! I was soooo nauseous. Most days I barely ate or drank. After that 12th week, I was good. I could eat and drink and not get sick. At 40 weeks and 2 days, 12 hours of labor my healthy baby boy made his debut weighing in at 11 pounds 1.9 ounces and 21 inches long. I delivered him naturally, with no epidural, wish I had gotten it 😳😂 He’ll be 22 in October. I’m very blessed to have him and I thank God for him every day 💙. Y’all are going to be great parents!! Thank you for sharing your journey with us❤

Hey Kelly! I was the same as you for all three of my pregnancies! I have 2 boys, 1 girl. However, my sickness did not subside after the first trimester, and lasted my entire pregnancies. I also couldn't keep anything down! If you get to that point, they make nausea medicine safe for pregnancies. So if you're not able to keep food down, talk to your OBGYN! Also, I had spotting at 13 weeks during my last pregnancy, and ended up having a subchorianic hemorrhage and had to be on bed rest. Just in case you don't know what that is, basically the uterine wall detaches from the placenta. I never knew about it until my third pregnancy, but just in case you have more spotting again, it's a thing. But, that doesn't mean you'll have it! I'm saying so many prayers for you! I hope you have a smooth and safe pregnancy! ❤️❤️❤️

The first trimester can be a doozy! I’ve had 10 children in 8 pregnancies (2 sets of twins), and I also went through the spotting and nausea along with fatigue. For the “morning” sickness (which can definitely go all day for the whole pregnancy), if yours is really bad I would talk to your doctor about maybe taking Diclectin so you can function! I ended up in the hospital for an IV with my first because I was very dehydrated from vomiting all day. After that, I took Diclectin so I could keep things down, and it was absolutely necessary in my subsequent pregnancies when I had to still care for my toddlers and children. Best wishes, and I’m glad things are going well! You’re in my prayers 😊

Kelly, I'm so happy you're feeling much better and everything is good with you and your baby. I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and the first 14 weeks were absolutely miserable! I was diagnosed with Hypermeseis Gravidarum (lost 11lbs due to that) and had tension migraines. I've been in and out of the hospital getting IV infusions. I'm 40 years old and high risk, so I'm really trying to remain calm. I look forward to watching your journey, babies are truly a blessing. 🩷💙

Awh so happy you and the baby are OK. Fyi, for anyone who is curious, this is true for all negative rH blood types (not just O). I'm A- and when my daughter Arabella was born, we found out she is A+. I needed the shot once in my 2nd trimester and once after delivery. No big deal for us, luckily. I'm pretty sure if she was A-, they wouldn't have needed to give me the shot after delivery. Best of luck to you guys during the best time of your lives!!! I'm looking forward to following along with this exciting journey and always. ❤🙏🏼

Wow what a roller coaster! Congratulations! I had 3 pregnancies and they were all hard in different ways. I always wished more people would talk about the challenges so thank you. The morning sickness and nausea would hit me like a truck and last at least 2 months. I only had 7 foods I could eat, and I kept crackers by the bedside to put in my mouth before I even stood up and that helped a little. The nausea was so bad and the fatigue that I was on the couch almost all the time. I was popping ginger chews 20/47 and they kept me from vomiting thankfully. Then it lifted 1 day and you'll be so relieved. Second trimester was always my best time, full of energy, very hungry and even though I could barely eat I still gained 35 pounds with each pregnancy LOL. I put on a lot of weight near the end. It's all worth it when you hold that baby at the end. You'll be amazed at the love that you feel.

Everyone is correct Kelly. Pregnancy is a beautiful thing, carrying a life in your belly is amazing but the systems that come with it ugh. My first pregnancy was a blast not much sickness at all but after more babies it got much harder. My last child I was soo sick from the time I found out until I had her. It was so bad I had to be put on meds for it. Honestly DON'T feel bad your not complaining your just speaking the real facts on your pregnancy. I could tell you my story. I’ll keep it short. I started spotting the day of my wedding rehearsal dinner. I was hysterical. My First pregnancy was a breeze (didn’t know until 6 or 7 months ) and my second, was definitely the opposite at least for a while . Both boys . Excited for this journey for you two ❤

You look so happy. I am sorry about the morning sickness I did not have that but got a lot of backs aches in my last trimester. You are growing a human. Be kind to your self.

OMGosh Kelly, I'm so sorry that nurse scared the crap out of you about the RhoGam shot! That was so unnecessary of her, not to mention unprofessional 😡 I can definitely empathize with the "morning" sickness. I had it up until about 16 weeks, and it wasn't just nausea for me; I literally couldn't keep anything down. So glad you're doing well. BTW, the second trimester starts at 14 weeks 😁

girl!! Anytime you need to complain we are here! Bringing a baby into this world is a blessing but it SUCKS! I never felt or looked like I was “glowing” when I was pregnant. First pregnancy was with 1 baby and my second pregnancy was with twins! Just do what you need to do to feel the best you can! You’re doing great! Love ya girl and so excited for you! ❤

The day I found out I started spotting and I got blood work done and an ultrasound etc I was FREAKING OUT!! now I’m 26w and baby is doing amazing 😇❤️ I barely had morning sickness but week 11 it came hard for a couple days. Nausea I could deal with- being physically sick was another story 😂 Congratulations on your pregnancy!!!! It’s so exciting ❤️

You’re doing great and you guys are so cute together! “Morning” sickness is hardly ever just in the morning! I used to carry saltine crackers with me everywhere I went and those helped a lot! And yes it does eventually pass and things DO get better! Hang in there! ❤ Also, when I was pregnant with my first child I was having several complications. One night I was in so much pain it kept me up all night. I didn’t want to wake the Dr up, so I literally sat by the phone until their office opened up at 8. The doctor yelled at me and said that’s what they get paid for and why they have a dr on call after hours! He told me to never ever hesitate to call! So…don’t ever feel bad about calling your dr during the night!! I’m sure they told you that and I’m just agreeing with them!! You and your baby come first! ❤ Lastly, I’m so glad Prince will have another Little to play with! He’s going to be a great “older brother” lol ❤❤❤

I’m so sorry you felt like you had to justify yourself. Girl you’re allowed to be upset and “complain” because pregnancy is HARD!! Even “easy pregnancies” are hard. What a scary first trimester but I’m so glad everything else has been okay and no other scares. I totally felt like this in my first trimester so I know you’re pain! Hoping smooth pregnancy the rest of the pregnancy

Sorry you are suffering with the nausea. I, too had it for my first child. I had it for the first 3 months. I had unsalted crackers with me all the time. It helped so much. I also was a tea drinker and could not stomach having tea at all. It helped if I did not let myself get hungry. I was working full time at the time and I was not telling them until I was 3 months. So keeping it quiet and eating crackers all the time was hard to do. You will be fine. Praying the nausea goes away. See you next video. Congratulations again❤

Also, currently pregnant my due date is Aug 31st. Thank you for sharing this the real and the raw. I can't believe how accurate your symptoms were to mine all along. The late afternoon nausea is so rough, missing dinners, sheer exhaustion, going to bed w/o dinner some nights. My weird craving has been lemonade. But I use filtered water one fresh lemon 🍋 and about three drops of liquid Stevia, it's so good and without all the added sugars. Pickled things are sounding good in the last few days. Beets are my thing rn. Please, Kelly, you are blessed, AND you still get to feel your feelings, the first trimester is literal hell for some, and you're allowed to verbally complain, girl! But I see your heart and treading lightly for those who are praying, wishing, and wanting. But doesn't mean you can't speak your hell. Helped me so much to feel connected. Thank you for sharing your journey. Lots of love, prayers, and continued positive and healthy progression for you and babe. Xo

I can remember with my first I was extremely tired the first trimester and with all of my pregnancies had random bouts of nausea. I think because I had my kids so close together that after the first pregnancy I didn’t have time to be tired etc. Toddlers don’t care if mom is tired or nauseous. 😊 Congratulations again, wishing you all the best. ❤

I’m sorry I giggled when you started gagging lol only because I can totally relate! My first I hardly ate at all from 7 weeks-17 weeks. I lived on slushies. My second I was so sick until 24 weeks. Craved coffee. And then my third I was only sick one time. But was so emotional. In no way are you complaining! Growing a human is hard work! I’m so happy for you guys! Thank you for taking us with you on your journey!

Hang in there MAMA! 12 weeks should give you some real improvement. Stay hydrated, small meals to help with blood sugar- but your baby is strong! Those hormones that are making you sick are telling you that the baby is growing! You will get through this and it will change as soon as you think it will go on forever! So excited for you and praying for you!

It took me 10 years to get pregnant with PCOS. I am too O- blood type. My first pregnancy my anxiety was so bad because I felt like everything was wrong. I had pre-eclampsia and all. Zofran was my best friend for nausea. I ended up having an emergency c section after 36 hours of labor at 34 weeks. Second pregnancy happened just a few months later, everything was great and I felt so much better because I knew what to expect. I now have an almost 3 year old and an 18 month old. Both are happy and healthy. Good luck to you, Mama. You are stronger than you think you are.

Girl, you are not complaining. Being pregnant is hard! & every pregnancy is different. I've been pregnant 4 times total. 2 healthy babies, 1 miscarriage, and then just had healthy twins 9 months ago. Remember to give yourself grace. Your body is changing everyday. I will say for me with all my healthy pregnancies, by week 15, I started to feel so much better. Congratulations again! I am so excited for ya'll! 💕

Im glad you talk about the spotting because most women don't know. I had spotting all throughout my first trimester with both of my babies, it was terrifying! And I had no idea. I also didn't know my blood type. I'm shocked your obgyn was surprised you didn't know your blood type, my Dr's office didn't even ask my blood type, they did blood test without asking, they have to test RH factor, which is exactly what you talk about, they just need to check if baby and mom can have different blood types. Sorry they didn't explain.. I can't believe they just scared you like that. It is super common and yes, it does not mean your body is rejecting the baby, it is in fact for future pregnancies. But the Dr should always check even if we "know" what our blood type is

I learned that spotting can be incredibly normal even past the point that you’d expect implantation bleeding. However I had a completely different outcome as I experienced two miscarriages in the past year of my first and second pregnancies. So it’s definitely hard not to freak out when you see blood, no matter what people or even the doctor tells you. Anxiety in pregnancy is also completely normal and is not going to hurt your baby. My doctors have told me because of what I’ve been through I will likely be anxious throughout any subsequent pregnancy even if it’s successful until I’m able to hold my baby safe and sound 😔

Hi Kelly, I started being sick at 10 weeks, and that was me until I was about 20 weeks. I feel for you. Tips drink lots of water, eat ginger snap biscuits and ready salted crisps( we call them in UK think you call them chips) both help me with the nausea and being physically sick x
