My hometown is York PA. Was born in Columbus Mississippi. I still live in York after 18 years. I am 21 now. Quaint blue collar town with a hood-like city flair in the southernmost part of Pennsylvania. Many people I graduated with wants to continue living here. Everyone still talks about high school. I’m really happy that my hometown of Knoxville, TN was featured in a country music video/song. Knoxville is the least referenced big city in Tennessee. You very rarely hear Knoxville mentioned in a country song. Memphis and obviously Nashville are larger than Knoxville. But even smaller places like Chattanooga and the Tri-Cities are mentioned more often in Tennessee. This is significant because Knoxville and East Tennessee has made a major influence on the genre since the beginning in the early 1920s. In fact, if Knoxville wasn’t located in the bottom of a valley and/or had stronger radio antennas, Knoxville would be the home of country music and have the name Music City, USA instead of Nashville.

Love this song! I can relate to it! First time I heard it I was wearing my high school team hoodie (not one o brought while in high school because I've been out almost 20 years!). My kids wear their red and black a lot. I just changed the words from Knoxville TN to Summerville Georgia and Indians instead of bobcats. But I totally love this song! Amazing job!

I had the place we moved too all my life! Then it was a such a different place all of a sudden 🙄 !!! I changed and I hated myself for years!!!! I blamed the new place,but it was my fault though!
