This " host " laughing about her guest having sex with her husband the night before he died tragically in a hospice in excruciating pain barely able to breathe or talk. I have personally witnessed a family member of my own in a hospice on end of life care and in those last final moments it is hard to even open your eyes this woman is absolutey disgusting " lighthearted " or not you don't joke about things like that in my opinion. The wife is either cold-hearted or just still in that state of shock she cant recognise when someone is taking the piss.

The wife seems to have done this podcast to talk about how knowledgeable and great she is, how she single handedly shrank his tumours. Most women would be talking about the heartbreak of losing the love of their life. Not this one, cold stuff! I see she's now on her 2nd new boyfriend aswell in the 2 years that Tom has been gone, I don't want to be too harsh on her but I do feel for her children, must be very confusing for them with all they've been through
