outward.ambition when my hair is blown out, I typically put mine in a loose bun and wrap my edges with a satin sweat band. It typically will last a few days. But I don’t sweat a lot. If you’re working out heavy, maybe change your workout schedule during the week you blow your hair out?

I have wavy/curly over the bum (classic length) hair and I use drugstore all the time. I have never had issues with my hair falling out or not being cleansed enough. High end is not always better. Sometimes the basics are all you need! I use Pantene and Herbal Essences *all the time* and I love these products! I cleanse with a sulfate, weekly, I weekly wash, and then I typically go in with 2x conditioner or 2x a mask, or I mix and match. I think a shampoo really needs to cleanse the *crap* out of your hair (with all those styling products) and the job of a conditioner or mask is to provide slip and moisture. To me, those things never change and I thank the health of my hair & scalp to it!

Wow, your hair looks amazing. I see how you have to take time for your hair if you want it to be healthy. I complain about doing my hair all the time and I do neglect it and my hair is not even half your length. I'm challenging myself every month this new year and I'm going to start taking better care of my hair and wearing it down for a few weeks like you. I'm taking all of your tips and I'll let you know you it turns out. I've been a new subscriber for almost one year now and I love you and your sister channel. I've been thinking about going nature for one year now and I still revert back to the perm. However, I love how you both always let us know how important it is to take care of our hair nd I love that. I also like how you give us very important tips, like not brushing your hair while wet, I did not know that. I just notice a lot great tips in this video. Thanks! I may not comment, but I'm always watching.

Very nice. I can't use the chasing method with the comb as I see influencers use; it slips and falls and I don't have time to chase that, too, so I'm going to use my brush from now on. I flatiron with a serum because I get heat protection and shine all in one. I'll keep multiple root passes in mind as well. Seriously, the serum makes my hair look like glass and it's not oily or greasy. I'm going to start sleeping in my satin lined slap caps. All of my pillow cases are satin. Every last one of them. I give the cotton to visiting guests(lol!).
