YES! double blankets for couples, GAME CHANGER, I also have winter thick and summer thin sheets specifically to regulate sleep temps. For me it's the resources consumed, my partner does this without realizing when she runs all the hot water and leaves all the lights on, like Bezos pays the electricity. Maybe that's a good option to discuss "I understand you want warmth, but it's super expensive, layer more"

I've heard this as well. My one friend him and his gf are both therapists of some sort and after hearin' so much about BH on so many podcasts, one day, when he was over, I'd asked him his opinion of them being curious so after seeing him make a funny face I asked what that meant. And, he said, just put it this way, comparatively BH is like, the Uber of therapy/therapists (of course I'm paraphrasing as it was awhile ago now, and can't remember exactly how he'd worded it, but that's pretty much the gist of it anyway lol).
