Kelsey for smoother hummus buy dried chickpeas, hydrate them overnight, cook them and blend them with a bit of salt first, then add tahini and lemon juice and a bit of leftover cooking water from your cooked chickpeas. You dont really need to peel them if youre cooking them. It looks really delicious, still!
