answer to your question right before the avocado toast part: YES, totally I have that too! (diagnosed with anxiety) Sometimes my brain just cannot be stopped and it comes up with all these "what if"s and all I wanna do is a simple task haha I also pace when such thoughts come to me! I find that walking helps a lot when these moments start to overtake my days because I imagine leaving them behind while walking if that makes sense, hope it doesn't get as bad for you though
