First time I tried chia pudding I spent the night in the bathroom. Fibre do be like that. It’s not that great. As nice as it looks with all the fruit, if you don’t have that, it really sucks. “You just haven’t made it properly “ 🎉I’ve tried at least 20 recipes and it still isn’t it.

therapy is one of the best things you can do if you are having a baby. if you have an outlet to talk about your feelings, mistakes, anything that goes through your mind, your baby will be able to receive so much more of your love . I’m 20 and my brothers are 30, my mum is a therapist and she still goes to therapy to talk. From a child’s perspective, it is so incredible and has made our lives so much better.

Just another kid to add to the mass extinction event us humans are causing. Oh, and damaging eco systems that we actually need to survive. Sorry but I can’t support this trend of having children. @@Chickadeebunny you can’t support the “trend” of having children?????? WE ARE PUT ON THIS EARTH TO REPRODUCE 😂😂😂😂 you seriously need to see a therapist and tell them you are being brainwashed by who knows what, it will be another 1000 years or more before humanity is wiped away and your getting mad at people for having kids? You seriously sound crazy for making a comment like this and getting so angry at people for having kids… KZbinrs aren’t the only ones on the planet having them either so I’m not sure why you saying this on KZbin would change anything. People are always going to have kids, whether you like it or not, so you better start getting used to it bud.

my chia pudding recipe (2 servings) - 10 tbsp chia seeds - 4 tbsp hemp seeds - 4 tbsp flaxseed meal - cinnamon + salt - 2.5 cups whatever milk - a swirl of maple syrup refrigerate overnight! add more liquid if you want it to not be so dense/scoopable. i found the best ratio for my chia pudding is one part chia seeds and 3 parts plant milk (dont know if its the same with cows milk), then add some nutmeg, a tiny bit of salt and leave over night. then i add maple sirup or liquid honey right when i eat so i can adjust sweetness to my current mood. i also add peach and/or banana and some crunchy granola. dont give up on the chia seeds, theyre soooo good for you! for additional fibre, you can also get acacia powder which you can easily add to your regular meals or drinks as well. thanks for vlogging, Kelsey!

I just made chia seed pudding last week for the first time and the same thing happened to me! You probably didn't mix it well enough. Apparently if you don't mix it enough, it won't properly set. Lol my favorite base for chia seed pudding is 2 tablespoons chia seeds for every 1/2 cup milk. For that single portion I add 1 tsp maple syrup and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extra. If youre using coconut milk from a can which is a bit thicker..keep in mind the consistency should be close to milk so you'll need to add a little water..but the water and coconut milk needs to equal the 1/2 cup measurement for milk. Also, to avoid clumping, I combine the ingredients then let sit for 15 minutes so the chia seeds can settle and then I mix again before putting in fridge. I add variations from that base.
