There's this thing that we learn in cooking class that will help with not running into the problem you had with your mac and cheese. It's called mise en place, it means everything in its place. All it is is gathering every ingredient and everything you need to measure all your bowls spoons cooking utensils ready and out before you start cooking, that way you don't accidentally get halfway through a meal and realize you don't have an ingredient. Sorry that happened to you with your wacky Mac. Love you kels.
