The shed for garden/lawn equipment is a great idea! I understand putting it in the unused space off to the side, that part makes sense. It's not practical for where the equipment will be used, mostly the back yard, front & other side. To remedy this, I would add a gate, off to the side of the AC unit, easier to get tools, etc. to the back yard without going all the way around the house. Suggestion - What about a couple of removable panels to enclose the hot water heater or hinged doors? You'd still be able to access it if needed, it would prevent saw dust from getting all over the heater. You could also use the panels/doors for a bulletin or project board. The garage looks really good, certainly a lot more room and will be so much easier to spread out and work on future projects!

I love how you have transformed your home. I learn so much from you. Don’t know if you plan to build any garden beds. But, if you do, you might want to add a compost area. Your sawdust is an excellent ‘brown’ element to compost. Good job on the garage !! Hoping to copy your tall cabinets for my garage. Love they are closed doors & look nice.

OMG...love it. You did a great job and the Cyberspace door color looks awesome. I do have to share that I paint washed my concrete porch floor and made it look like planks. There is no paint to chip off and it has weathered all kinds of storms. Nothing scratches it, as there is nothing to scratch off. Used watered down latex house paint to stain it.

@user-gt7wv6hy3g, that sounds AMAZING! How did you prepare the concrete to receive the paint? How did you make it look like planks? I would love to see pics. I was looking at epoxy but it’s $2500 per bay and I have an oversized three car garage. 😣

@@rosanne7804 I hosed off the porch. That's it. Covered with 2 coats of watered down Urbane Bronze latex paint. Rolled over it in a lighter color in one direction with a roller wrapped in jute string for texture. Drew plank lines on in black magic marker. Not sure how to get a picture to you. Now, I haven't run over it with car tires or anything, but nothing...I mean nothing has harmed it. It is literally stained with watered down latex paints.
