That's for mentioning you can concentrate for 90-120 minute blocks!! My boss is obsessed with 20 minute pomodoros and it's too much disruption for my brain flow! I've always enjoyed longer blocks of focus and it's nice to hear the 20 minute block isn't the magical cure all key for everyone.

I love binaural beats, as someone with ADHD, this helps me write research papers for grad school and focus on work. I usually listen to it the whole time. Great video, thanks for sharing your experience:)

This is why Lofi is always playing in my house, car and headphones. It might not be exactly Binaural Beat (all though I love that too) it give me the same vibe. My teen has noticed she just can focus on homework more with it playing in the background. It works.

I like the combination of lofi and pomodoro-method for my desk time. In between some active breaks with movement, drink something in the kitchen (have to walk there)... Really nice 😊

Omg I loove this!! I have never made my own binaural beats cuz I don’t know how to do that, lol, BUT I have made my own custom hypnoses narrating my perfect day, my vision board, and all sorts of mantras. I listen to them as I’m falling asleep or sometimes to start my day while I’m getting ready in the morning.
@KeltieOConnor8 ай бұрын
I love they you made those! Especially your own mantra 👏

brown noise is so gooooood, it feels like its deep in your head instead of that feeling of "listening" to something. maybe it's the low frequency idk. its just so calming, it helps me a lot to concentrate since silence just ticks my brain in a weird way.

I totally understand the need to avoid complete silence when studying! Lofi beats have been game changing because they aren’t silence, but they’re also not distracting to my musical mind, where I’m trying to listen and analyze everything lol.

Thanks a lot for this amazing video! I love your vibe, Keltie! You're so honest in a playful way and I really admire this. And yes, you're absolutely right, there is no quick fix. Just because it's not working right now, it doesn't mean it's not working. It's all about falling in love with the process instead of focusing on the instant results. Results will make you happy for just a short moment, but the time that you're working on the result has the potential to make you happy even longer.

1. Brown Noise is my favorite 2. ASMR is fantastic back noise for me, but you have to find one that works for you. 3. Binaural beats have been a staple for studying overlayed with Ghibli inspired music. 4. Burnout = self-care if I’m really getting hit by it, and I feel like life is falling apart, I take a long warm bath, have a large glass of water with lemons, and relax. 5. I did a report over stem cells recently very interesting stuff, lots of eyes drops are made of stem cells lol! Even if I’m not a doctor I’m putting that Biology degree to work in my nursing classes! The things I read on the internet make my want to melt.

Unfortunately, he’s also a vehicle for the alt-right pipeline, making false claims about testosterone and carnivore diet with people like Jordan Peterson and Joe Rogan. I won’t be surprised if he does start a cult :/ Props to Keltie for being self-aware!
