Kelty falcon 4000 review

A short review of the kelty falcon 4000 ci pack. As with all of the keltys products the falcon performs as expected. Like any piece of kit,time will tell. I have only put 60+ miles on this ruck since i purchased it in Oct, but i am very pleased with it so far .Remember to check out survivalandpreparedness.com for forum only movies and reviews.

Everytime is see reviews on great packs like that Kelty, and having done some entry-level tactical sewing, I appreciate all the more the TIME and EFFORT needed to make a pack like the Falcon... It makes the sale price seem almost DIRT CHEAP if you calculate the TIME and effort needed to make anything like that yourself... It is probably made in China, but either way, I appreciate the EFFORT that goes into this type of gear...

Looks like a nice backpack. Kelty makes some really nice items. 240 is a little out of my price range right now. Thanks for doing the review. I see a sewing machine, I have one, they are very important to have.

The lid is also a chest rig, that's the reason for the buckles on the shoulder straps.

That model as well as mine doesn't have the buckles on the shoulder straps.

Good video. Have you had any problems, or do you have any more thoughts since this video was shot for someone considering this pack? I have a 5.11 Rush 72 (45 liter) and it is not quite large enough for my gear needed for 3+ days.

don't be sorry, its not a fancy a rucksack.. really justa a trash bag with alots of velcro and messy admin pouch... Eberlestock is wayyyyy better and cheaper.
