Even though this wasn't "perfect" it was still a joy to watch, because you can see the sincerity in Kelvin he is enjoying himself while giving it his best shot and does quite well, technically but more importantly emotionally transporting the feel of the dance, it doesn't need to be perfect. He managed to get very difficult dances specially for a man who has never done any ballroom, up to a very high standard, in even less time than the other contestants since he joined late. He is interesting, sincere and likable, as of now he is my favourite.

Holy! How was this 100 times hotter than Karim and Amy’s Argentine Tango 😂 Now we know why they didn’t give Kelvin and Oti that dance, because they would’ve set our TVs alight! Tonight Floti proved that they’re just in a different league, to dance two dances in less than a week and execute them that to standard..Will be an absolute travesty if they don’t lift that glitter ball next weekend. They have been the best, most consistent and most exciting couple to watch week in and week out.

One could see that Kelvin was nervous about this dance - but eventually he did a great job. It was very, very masculine, his musicality was AMAZING and his interplay with Oti was truly wonderful. Had had a very beautiful posture, good movement in his arms and tilted hips as well (most of the time). If he had just worked even harder on creating that "banana" shape in his body, as well as on bringing his hip even more forward and creating more flamenco movement with his wrists and fingers, it could have been a magnificent dance, but still it was a strong performance, not only technically but also artistically. An 8.

I preferred watching this even though his Quickstep was technically better. Excellent shaping at the beggining, alot of power and attack and great promenade walk. Excellent Spanish lines and fab posture. Loved the knee walks, I love a bit Spanish arms too. Technically it was excellent except one or two stumbles and I would have liked to have seen mor height in the jette. It wasn't just as good as I expected but still brilliant. I loved it as a performance and felt the story was the whole point of this dance. Kelvin is a lock for the final and could win. *10/10*

Enjoyed this too! God, he's got the right physique for it hasn't he?! He did really well, but I agree that this was quite measured and he needed to exaggerate more. Like Karim's AT, he was focusing on his steps, his posture, getting the shaping right so it lacked in the finished quality. Also needed more fire to it- he could've done with more passion and performance. Still really great though.
