Fantastic interview. I have been watching your videos and its great to see people with passion in what they do. Anne is as passionate about her cattle ranching as I have seen globally. She is absolutely spot on with regards, not taking ranching as a part time activity if the goal is to make money from ranching. It is definitely not a weekend hobby or a case of putting a farm manager on but not empower them to make the financial and operational decisions. These conversations are great not just educational, but operationally as well as innovation.

Again, we kicked out these guys from Farms instead of learning from them, cause these guys understand how things work. Everything has science behind it, research and data to do farming, our people want to make money without understanding the business aspect of it. Change or perish
