Why do blocks/tips against offense shots proceed to run out shot clock for offense when if ball went out on shot blocker then it would be rewarded back to offense? Shouldn’t blocked/tipped shots be considered change of possession which resets shot clock for offense?

@@No-oz1ek If the defense doesn't gain possession of the ball after the blocked shot, then there is no change of possession. So in both cases you mentioned, the shot clock will continue to run.

He’s one of the few players that when he’s playing well it’s like silk. There is a certain finesse to his movements, hesitations, and step backs that make the game flow like water.
