Great review. Does the kemei km-2293 give a clean shaven look ? How is this as compared to Kemei km-i32S ? My impression is that kemei km-2293 leaves hair while km2299 gives a closer trim but irritates the skin more.

@KZbinrGuy2 it's OK to use on flat side imo. And it'll probably be like you said 0.2mm or so. It does get very close but not as close as a foil shaver obviously.

I haven't tried the Kemei 2299 or 93. What I got was the Kemei 2269 it shave closer and it's gentle to the skin. Super gentle. I haven't got any bite to it. It doesn't give sharp lines compare to the 99 and 93. But it's gentle. And I think same price to 93. Depending where you get it.

I would recommend any KEMEI Clipper because they all come with guards and they have really affordable ones. The others brand names are too expensive for what you need.

These are good for your beard but I do NOT recommend shaving your body with these they are really really sharp and will cut soft skin.

The KEMEI 2299 I’ve had for about a year and the KEMEI 2293 for a few months. As for longevity if you’re just using them at home on yourself with proper care like cleaning them with a clipper spray before and after you use them they’ll last you a few years.

Based on review, I recently purchased brand new trimmer Kemei 2293. Trimmer motor is working, display is working, it is fully charged but it is not cutting hair at all. I tried body hair, haircut and beard and it is not cutting. I tried different angles and attachments, and without attachment and it is not cutting. Did you experience similar problem?

Iv been using the 2299 for about a year now. Got them on sale from aliexpress for 8$. Awesome trimmers. I use them to bald out my whole head as well. Definitely will buy another one when the first one dies. Follow up with my braun series 7 and it's basically smooth.

Would this be the go to for the best budget beard trimmer? Looking for something cheap with a number of different guards (not skilled enough to do it without them!) so I can trim my beard at home. My Wahl died on me the other day.

So the trimmers do come with some guards but if your beard is long they will not work for you. Your best bet will be to buy a clipper to trim your beard and get a trimmer to line up your beard.

Good review. Can people with sensitive skin safely use Kemei km-2293 for dry shaving facial hair ? Especially around the neck region. If possible do a comparison of Kemei km-2350, Kemei km-2351 with big brand trimmers.

To be honest if you have sensitive skin I wouldn’t recommend these for you. I would recommend the KEMEI 1949 for sensitive skin they are gentle on the skin.

May be that will make it less skin irritating. I have used Kemei km-5093 which can cut facial hair down to 0.2 mm. It didn't irritate my skin but it's plastic broke after 10 months use. I am looking for a trimmer which can last longer. If you have a review on Kemei km-i32S one can watch that too. Or any other Kemei and other budget trimmers which can do the same or better.
