Kemensah Residency comprises 23 bungalows which lined on two sides of a road, with a cul-de-sac at the end of it. There are a park in the middle of a row, and a small green plot and a sub-station at the front. There are 2 types of bungalow to choose from, namely Elegant and Classic.
