Going for a trip to Thailand or Singapore just to refresh your tourist visa doesn’t work every time. Sometimes you might be denied entry, made to turn back into Malaysia and end up paying a hefty fine to the Immigration. Ask me how I know.. 😅 Apply for a long term visa instead (or long term social visit pass as they call it). For the first application you’ll normally be given a one year visa, and longer ones for subsequent renewals (we’ve got 2, 3 and 5 years visas before)

If that came fully furnished, it’s very cheaper than having a fully furnished house for few months in Pakistan Lahore I just recently had to get one for some friends they came over for a wedding and that house I’m talking about cost me around thousand sterling a month and I guess it was smaller than this one but had a garden
