I loved the album. First time in two years where I just listened to an album on just shuffle and not in a playlist with other songs since I genuinely enjoy the album, its Sonic gold. He went 18/18(admittedly I did NOT like hardcore but I see the vision now)and I used to think that take of AGC>WLR was insane but I’m starting to have my doubts honestly. I used to think the joke of Carti having Ken and Lone taking over was funny but I think it’s a high probability. Like if Carti decided to stop I’d definitely be ok with Ken taking that spot.

the released AGC is MUCH better than the leak of it since there was some additional mixing done since then (the leaks were from around september) and also more work on Ken's voice

i’m not sure it’s AOTY tho, i loved pink tape and utopia. Utopia only had a couple misses and pink tape had a few but the songs i liked on pink tape i loved, i only didn’t like lose it on AGC so it has the best hit rate in my opinion but i prefer some songs off the other albums more

good point about the tour, i only liked 3/4 songs off ILCK so there’s no reason rlly to go to a tour if you’ve seen then this year or the end of last year already cus it’ll be the same. Carti needs atleast a single or he needs to perform unreleased or people will see that first performance if the tour and say na not seeing the same shit again

Unpopular opinion: i think AGC had really rough mixing which makes it hard to listen to. I much preferred the mixing on X but the flows and beats are better on AGC. I was disappointed that 3/4 of the songs sounded like his vocals were compressing the beat/barely audible at all. I wish he would have put more effort into the post production side of his music, especially since he has money and resources.

ive always liked ken carson a little more than destroy lonely i dont know what it is kens production and flows are just better sometimes just look at a song like Casket with both of them on it i do enjoy both but i prefer ken i thought people were glazing lonely a little bit but i do admit lonely has a hit song with no stylist and ken doesnt have a definitive hit song
