Tyler Perry joins the Armchair Expert to discuss how he realized that his journal could be a play, his fear of comfort, and growing up to leave the door open for somebody else. kzbin.info/www/bejne/b6nKXoWebZ6DZ8U

I'm a little disappointed Dax didn't do the entire interview in his robot voice.

I have waited for 3 hours for this to hit KZbin so that I could see how this entire underwear thing actually went down! I even stopped the audio side of my listening when I arrived at work ( listen mostly on my commute ) and impatiently waited. This made my day! Monica's face! Now I will listen to the rest and cannot wait until the FC! Hopefully, we get to see them again!! Have a great day!

If I'd Crayola scribbled a roboticist as a child, this is exactly what he'd have looked like. I'm so delighted.

Awhh I loved Ken’s kudos at the end so so sweet. Saying what we’re all thinking the magic of these two is unmatched ❤

When the underwear slipped out of Dax’s pants at the beginning I just about died ☠️😂 Love watching these! Glad you all started doing video!

I loved this one! Ken was so interesting and talked at a level that wasn't over my head and instead very understandable and interesting! This is one of the reasons this podcast is so great- it opens your world and interest to something you otherwise wouldn't understand or necessarily care about.

For some reason I couldn't articulate it before but watching this episode I got it! The big reason I love this show is the endless curiosity and connecting over that. Especially when they were talking about the euphoric feeling when he discovered the equation. Love conversations like that :) the show is off to a great start this year!

This is SO interesting. As usual, Dax and Monica, bring out a side of their guest that you might not ordinarily learn about. Additionally, they do not talk down to their audience, they let their guests go into details about many subjects during their interview.

Love the underpants debacle LOL! I actually work for a book bindery and have for over a decade. There aren't many anymore that bind books by hand but we still do :)

As a mom of girl/boy twins, when people ask me if they are identical (which happens a LOT), I usually reply with, “Nope. One of them has a penis.”

I can confirm, as a girl with a twin who is a boy, an alarming number of people have asked me if me and my twin brother are identical.

A. I. is a job killer. In America, the most important thing of all is making a profit. It doesn't matter whether, in order to make a profit, production needs to be offshored leading to huge lay offs in America. It doesn't matter if credit is offered and then the banks own your house until you finish paying it (and pray not to fall ill - you're going to be ill, financed ruined and homeless). And this A. I. thing : those tech companies couldn't care less about the impact it will have on society as a whole. And of course , they will try to sell it as the most benign thing to have ever happened in the history of the world. We're doomed.

Just watching the intro. Sorry but people who are "over Ai" need to get over that. Discouraging conversation on this subject isn't going to stop it from happening and is only going to make all of us more ignorant on a very important and impending subject. My mom was also "over" this whole internet thing back in 1995... yet the march of time continued. And btw... I've BARELY heard Armchair Expert talk about Ai. Like, seriously people??? Grow up. Yeah, I said it.
