11:30 - maybe the Anatomy Ghost just wanted to reunite with his love and picked up the ball while he was looking around. THAT or maybe he wants to revive the two of them with it. either way, gonna have to get that ball so Okarun can get the balls to push for more than Friends with Momo.

3:45 - you seem to have forgotten, Okarun is no longer Cursed. he has Turbo Granny's power after she was shoved into the Cat Doll, leaving her powerless and unable to do what she may want to do to the gang.
