Kencko Smoothie Review | My HONEST thoughts on these powdered smoothies

I think part of the problem is that we are so used to so much sugar and flavorings in our food that when we just eat natural our brain takes awhile to adjust. I know that happens to a lot of people (including me) when they go whole food plant based. I just ordered some Kencko so I'm excited to see what they taste like.

So I actually tried the oatmeal and latte. I didn’t want to try a powdered smoothie. I was skeptical. But after trying those I will definitely be giving the smoothies a try. I liked the ingredients, flavor, and how easy it mixed.

Heyy! Thank you so much for your review. :) We recommend shaking things up by adding the liquid before the powder! Could you tell us what you would have expected more from golds? Also, please note that we don't remove or add anything except water. Therefore, some texture due to fiber and seeds should be expected! For any of the green line smoothies (ultra greens especially), we recommend adding a splash of orange or pairing it with another kencko flavor like oranges. Happy smoothing! 🍊

I like to pour a little warm water first for a shake, to handle the agglomeration, then pour some of that nice chilled water for the win.

If you just want to try them, target carries them. I used milk instead of water and added a little crushed ice before blending

Trick for the ultra greens is to mix with apple juice. Yes, that's adding sugar, but I couldn't drink it otherwise. With the apple juice... pretty great.

I just bought this at Walmart, got the bottle with free packet of protein chocolate and a 4 pk of Purples. So purples are good! I definitely like these. Oh....and I add 2% milk in mine.

I have it, and its definitely convenient. However, the taste is not sweet. Ao, if youre expecting to taste sweetness, you will not. Best to use really cold water or milk. I will continue to use it, though, since the only ingredients are the fruit, and nothing else.

Add ice from a blender. I blend up ice and add before I shake, gives it a more of a smoothie feel.

This does not taste like a typical smoothie! It has no added sugars, it’s just freeze dried fruits and vegetables. If you let it sit for 5 minutes, the clumps dissolve. I like this to supplement my diet that’s generally low in vegetables.

Direction said to allow it to sit for a minute after mixing. You drink it immediately.

I Found Them At Walmart For $9.98 For 4 In A Pack. That's Expensive.

I found this today in Walmart. Bottle and 1 pack $10 & a 4 pack $10. I was expecting to pay $20 but the bottle rang up $4 & the 4 pack rang up $3. I have a shaker bottle (that I didn't need, lol) and 5 packs of reds for $7. Not bad IMHO.
