Kenda KD1 Racing Tire Review

Hey everyone, every since Heather and I bought our 2019 Kawasaki Z125 Pro's I have been researching to find the most affordable race inspired tire for these bikes since the stock tires are great for casual street riding but give little grip at lean and take a long time to warm up. After lots of research we finally went with the Kenda Kwick KD1 and have been very pleased. Looking forward to seeing how long these last, if anyone is interested I'll do an update once we wear out the first set. Thanks for watching! =)

They definitely inspire confidence! Every mile running these Kenda KD1’s has been an absolute blast! I can also attest to their off-roading capabilities and must admit that while my Z is currently filthy, I have no regrets because I have fully enjoyed putting them to work 💯

I can vouch for Kenda off road truck tires. Bought 2 sets for my truck and they were great, even wear, good mileage...40k considering the soft compound I was highly impressed.

I have KD1 tires on my benelli 135 and they work ok at the track. I don’t slide around but I have excellent traction discipline in general. What ai am curious about is how the kd1 compares to the KD2. If you try the kd2, please post your thoughts. The kendas are about 1/2 the price of everything else.

No, there were some other riders there as well but they left right before we filmed this. It’s awesome when it’s a slow day like this bc you can run the track however you want, looping certain sections, run it backwards, anything goes really as long as everyone is on the same page👍🏻

question, do you guys anyone use warmers? I have tire warmers not sure Kenda can take them or will this overcook the tire? Also, what tire pressure do you put into them? (Cold, non warmers). I have a 190 CC YCF SM, want to put these tires on

Got my first taste of small moto stuff this year, YCF 150 supermoto. so fun. great skillbuilder. I've got more than 20 (full size) trackdays under my belt and I was a fish out of water
