No really, it is makeup. Contouring, over lining the lip, her 'look' is easily achievable. She's also changed the shape of her brows and has framed her hair around her face so a lot has changed... I don't think she's has surgery... perhaps a lip plump before? But you get lip plumping lipsticks/glosses as well...
